Really nice meal , staff freindly and attentive , just wish they hadnt run out Of the fillet steak , we will pre order next time though

Food and service were both okay- the steak was ordered medium rare but came with only a small tinge of pink in the middle of the meat. The service was quick but not particularly friendly. The restaurant was very cold which meant the food cooked down quickly.

Good Service, all four of us had no complaints , starters was lovely, fillet Steak and Grill all very nice, as where the deserts. Used a Groupon deal, which wasn't as good value as appeared. Bill came to £215.53 including drinks and after vouchers, still had £133.53 to pay ! Not the cheap night out we were hoping for.

It’s a beautiful cosy place with wonderful decor, great tasting food and excellent customer service! Lots of options to choose from... Meats, vegetables and great selection of wines!

My son and I had, as usual, a lovely meal st the Saddlers last night. The restaurant was very busy on an Monday evening- a good sign. Service was impeccable, with knowledgable staff on hand to answer questions about food and drink, particularly about the extensive rum menu, of which we sampled four different varieties between us. The food was delicious. We both went for the sliders- three different mini burgers, with excellent chips on the side. We even managed pudding! Thoroughly recommend Saddlers for an enjoyable and reasonably priced meal, particularly if steak and rum sounds like an unmissable combination. Well worth a visit if you’re in or near Faversham.

Part of the sharing starter was cold. They'd run out of a few of the items on the menu and when the waiter offered an alternative at the same price we saw him getting 'told off' by what seemed to be his supervisor, actually he was just offering cracking customer service!

Lovely food, friendly staff. Only downside was the restaurant wasn’t very warm and the toilets were really cold. Will return but with more layers on 👍😊

Good friendly service. Baby seat needs changing/repairing. All in all 4/5 good steaks and the sauces were lovely. Mums birthday she loved it. Nice place for a drink, nice place for a meal. Good prices too.

Had fantastic meal and the lady that served us was very friendly and helpful, we had a roast beef lovely would highly recommend will deffo be going back

Ribs was cooked from frozen not fresh No parking Hard to get to Very small place and very compact not enough room to move arms

Food was good other than the puddings which were very poor if i was honest. My daughters steak was spot on, my burger had to be cooked well due to hygiene regulations or similar so could have been better. Service was good and we had an enjoyable evening.

A Great place to eat amazing service, great food well presented, always needed a good steak house in the area and this is one not to miss, will definitely go back again and again
