About The Star Of Bengal

In the heart of Bangor, The Star of Bengal is a well-loved Indian restaurant that anyone about the town will tell you is one of the best they’ve got. It’s by no means a fancy place, but it doesn’t need to be, not when the high-quality food speaks for itself with booming flavour and the service is absolutely spot on. At The Star of Bengal you’ll be welcomed like a friend, so much so, in fact, that you won’t even be charged corkage when you bring your own wine. You’ll find The Star of Bengal on Bangor’s Abbey Street where it’s absolutely worth heading armed with a reservation.

Great food freshly cooked. Bring your own bottle which is great. Be prepared to wait for your food as it takes a while. But great tastes.
