My wife suggested we book here and I'm glad we did, had a really nice meal
Just right before going to a show, o r line ordering not working so had to wait a bit longer for food.
Our food was not hot enough when it finally came!! (2 of us) No S & P in any of the pots!!
When I tried to order food I was told I couldn't because they had a large party in that day and the kitchen was busy. So I just ordered 2 more drinks, I asked for landlord I was given Ranford. When I said "sorry I asked for landlord" I was told "to be fair, no you didnt". I took my drinks back upstairs with the intention of drinking up and going elsewhere, and I saw that everyone who, like me, had booked a table was getting food served! So why was I refused service?
cosy little nook upstairs,lovely little pub with excellent food and staff,it was our third visit and will go again
