Went with my family for dinner. Staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Food was for the most part excellent - my steak was a bit disappointing but when I politely mentioned it they made up for it with a super-sized cheeseboard that was delicious. We’ll definitely be going back.

Lovely food. Wonderful service - it was super super busy as it was father's day. But, we were not waiting long at all. We were allocated seats outside which was really lovely on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

Our first visit for Sunday Lunch .A very generous serving of Lamb with all the trimmings my only criticism was the gravy but that’s a personal choice .The staff were very helpful and friendly.A melt in the middle fondant for dessert was delicious so all in all a good experience.

We’ve been here quite a few times in the past . We were with friends and wanted to celebrate Christmas with them . It was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday and we were practically the only ones in the bar on arrival but we sat and had our drinks before moving into the restaurant area .. there was a woman singer on and she was really good . There were about 4max other tables occupied with diners .. the staff were brilliant and explained that the night before (Friday) was extremely busy . We guessed it’s purely that people were saving themselves for the big day ! It didn’t deter from having a lovely meal . All four of us enjoyed our meals and drinks and the staff were very attentive. We will surely be returning again in the new year ..
