The Townhouse - Petersfield

Disappointing. The food was basic but unfortunately not the best and our table for 4 wasn’t ready when we arrived. Not that impressed and won’t be returning.

Fantastic food, well presented and great value for money. Impeccable service from the extremely pleasant and friendly staff. Been in a few times now and would highly recommend.

Good service even though the Town House was extremely busy. Table service for our drinks as well. Looked after by friendly staff and food was lovely.

Went for Sunday roast and was thoroughly impressed. Food was pretty good and the portions were massive. Lovely atmosphere and decor so overall a good experience

We had an enjoyable evening at The Townhouse. The staff are very warm and friendly and the place has a lovely atmosphere. There were six of us for dinner, the food was very good and arrived promptly. We will return!

Poor food, service and atmosphere - won't be coming back I'm afraid. A very disappointing lunch - salad was tiny, goats cheese uncooked and dirty plates left for ages.

Lovely little pub with really friendly staff. Great choice of beers and real ales We had Sunday lunch there, make sure you're hungery as the portions as huge, but very tasty

Love going to the Townhouse for a drink. It was the first time I had eaten there and I wasn't impressed with the food. The size of the portion for the price or the quality I'm afraid. It won't stop me going for a drink but I won't be eating there again. Service was top drawer as per usual. Thanks

Great food and quick, friendly service. Dog friendly too! The asparagus tapas made a nice side dish to share with our burgers. Would definitely visit again.

Friendly staff and a nice independently run place for light meals. Shame the brunch menu is not available on weekdays, therefore can't give it maximum rating.

Really lovely evening at the Townhouse. Great food, reasonably priced. Table reserved as requested and nice evening spent with friends. It was busy with a nice atmosphere.

The place is nice, people friendly and the food good - but a little more variety on the lunch menu would have been good, particularly vegetarian choices.

Very friendly, busy bar. We were welcomed warmly and shown to our table. Good selection of local beers and wines. Not a huge choice on the menu but the food was well cooked, hot and delicious. We will be back.

Excellent atmosphere, delicious food. We booked the table because of the comedy evening upstairs which I have to say also was brilliant, we will definitely be returning!

Food was excellent (Sunday lunch). Service was slow - understaffed... apologised themselves which was good. They had run out of all desserts apart from ice-cream

The staff are always excellent, and the food never disappoints. The ambience is always buzzing and friendly , I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Lovely yummy food and great atmosphere.Had a great evening with friends and will be visiting again soon .Staff really friendly and helpful , couldn't do enough.

Great service, and great ambiance we had a minor with one of the meals but the issue was dealt with , excellent food but with a restricted menu
