It was cold, the menu was not good and the service was awful. Our food came out 1 hour and 20 mins after we ordered and there are only 7 tables. I would give 0 if I could

The food was not great and the music whilst we were there for 2 hours was a Bruno Mars CD played on repeat, we would have stayed for more cocktails but the repetitious songs drove us out. Table service was friendly but forgot several of our drinks. Overall pretty bad and wouldn't go back.

Service a bit slow but the waitress was new and I know this will improve. So otherwise, great atmosphere Wine was good but the meal was absolutely fabulous well presented and great versions of what we ordered. Will go again

Booked on Groupon offer. Brilliant value for money. Interesting venue. Really polite, engaging staff who added to our enjoyment and great food which exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend

Love the vault inside the little snug areas are fab.went mid week so was very quiet would love to go at the wkend. Went on a Groupon deal, menue was small which made choosing easier. I opted for the butternut squash rissotto, when eating it i kept thinking....im sure rissotto has rice in it but there was not a grain of rice insight. When watress took plates away n asked us if we enjoyed our food i mentioned about the lack of rice in the rissotto n was then told....oh the menue was changed and u had the cannelloni instead!! It was really nice but wasnt told of change of dish when it was brought to the table was told it was butternut squash. Would go back again

Went at a quiet time, food was delicous, and the staff were very frendly, the venue itself was clean and tidy, enjoyed the house white and a few rum and cokes, will be back

Food was nice and the service was good but there was only one main option available on the menu which was the chicken and risotto, which when ordered transpired that there was no risotto either! Food arrived with mash potato instead. I don't understand how a restaurant can run out of food! Same issue with the desserts. We stayed on after at the bar and there was a really good dj and up and coming singer on which we really enjoyed so all in all we had a good experience.

Food was really nice. We both had the duck, and chocolate brownie. A few things weren't available on the menu which was a shame but we were able to choose something we like. My husband found the portions a little small but that's probably just personal preference.

Great service and food. Lovely venue for a romantic meal, limited menu, but the food was fantastic and highly recommended. I would go there again.

Brilliant food, brilliant venue and amazing customer service! Very friendly staff who looked after us and made us laugh. Would definitely recommend - especially if you love trying quirky new places!

We booked table for 8 and we're finally seated at 8.30, with no apologies or explanation until we finally sat down. It was 10pm by the time main course came and neither of us were impressed with our food: I had a very small amount of duck and a huge mound of mashed potato. Service was so slow, and uncommunicative. Won't be returning, sadly.

The food was good. The Vaults is an Interesting place and we were given very good service . Would definately go again and recommend to friends and family.

Lovely meal. Good quality and nice and hot. Very good service. Quirky surroundings. A great evening. The outside of the building could probably do with a bit of a make over to entice people in!

The food was excellent! Atmosphere was relaxed till about 10.00 then it was more of a club vibe. Would definitely go again mainly for the food.
