Very enjoyable night with great food as always and good service

Booked on line went on a Tuesday night it was very quiet but food was lovely

Pleasent atmosphere great service and the the food was exceptional

Busy Saturday night service, quite a few tables already eating when we arrived and a very large group of about 20 people had just sat down. Despite this we were seated, served and ate promptly. Food piping hot, fresh and beautifully cooked. Can not fault any aspect of the meal, it was excellent.

I have been here before but I found the service very slow twice asking for drinks we ordered and waiting along time between starter and main course starters were ok main chicken tikka poor and peshwari nan heavy and dough tasting to say I paid £75 for a meal for 4 my local Indian takeaway serves better for half the price this was a special occasion to meet my sons girlfriend and celebrate is 21st birthday and we left feeling we could have had a great night somewhere else

What a disappointing evening for our party. Having booked a table for 2100hr we didn’t get our table until 2130hr. The restaurant was busy and I feel that the staff couldn’t cope. Although orders taken and starters arrived we had to wait about an hour after for our mains. The meal it,s self in my opion wasn’t award winning in fact we have had better from their takeaway on the high street.

We have visited this restaurant on three occasions and have to say that the food has always been of a high standard. There is a good ambience and the service and attention is very good. We will definitely return.

We Booked a meal at very short notice for new years eve and staff were very accommodating. Food was up to the usual high standard.

Lovely food but waited over an hour for it yet loads of take away going out of the door. You can jump to your own conclusions

Love this little gem of a restaurant. Tucked away in a Sheffield Suburb and selfishly want it to stay that way, but with the quality of food can see them expanding.

Recently had a fantastic night out there with some friends, food lovely, place nice and relaxed, service first class, would and have recommended to friends.

The only fault of this restaurant is they have too much choice! The food was lovely and the staff heslgulvand pleasant we had a great night

Food was very good, perhaps just a little off its usual first rate quality but very good. It was pleasing to see the restaurant full, despite this service was prompt and friendly as always.

Service very slow even though the place was quiet. We had to ask for someone to take our order after 40 minutes wait. Food average.

Staff were quite rude. Seemed very annoyed we had asked to pay separate and made sure our plates from our main courses were taken away before the other people in our party had even received theirs! (And could tell it was obviously on purpose) wouldnt go back again in a hurry. Curry was fine, but for me the service was chaotic and rude)

Late night meal with some friends. Service was quick and friendly, food was up to its usual high standards, atmosphere was good and it was not expensive. Good time all round.

Gorgeous food and excellent service. We have eaten here several times and we have always had the same experience. I also think it’s reasonably priced.

Excellent food and service, we will definitely be returning in the near future. If it’s a quiet evening for a couple or a large group I would recommend. The waiters were there to advise on each individual needs and dishes. The prices were very good we were comfortable having a few drinks in the bar area before we sat down at the table.

Busy even at 19:30 but taken straight to table. Service was good and prompt without felling rushed and food tasty and well presented. Can recommend this restaurant.

Food and service is top class my favourite Indian restaurant had a great evening and will be going back there next time I fancy a spicy meal.

Great food. Friendly staff Myself and girlfriend Poppadoms n pickle tray followed by onion bhaji and chicken chatt. Main course. king prawn masala and chicken jalfrezi. Sides of Boiled rice with keema nan. Honey pot ice cream desert.. Everything was very nice especially the Onion bhaji were crisp n flavoursome. Chicken chatt was best I've ever tasted.

Excellent meal yet again at The Vine. Staff were very welcoming, attentive, helpful (suggesting improvements to our choices!). Restaurant was not too busy, atmosphere was really good. The food here is consistently excellent, I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

Lovely food, perhaps a little rushed, between courses, more time required or perhaps, waiting staff should ask, as a standard proceedure, ‘are ready for your next course’ starters and main courses

Good service nice clean restaurant but the food not as good as we have had elsewhere maybe because it’s cooked differently to our usual restaurants please don’t be put off by this try it for yourselves

Food lovely. Service was friendly and helpful. However were just a bit too quick with courses. Asked for 10 mins between starters and mains but the told after 5 mins that needed to have food or it would dry out.

Excellent food which is the main thing , generally a good atmosphere, there was only 1 thing I could say to improve. waiters could smile more

Brilliant. Good service and lovely food - what more can anyone ask for? Only downside was lack of Indian desserts but as we were full it didn't really matter.

Nice time, lovely food and atmosphere, reasonable price for what we had, would definitely return again. Situated near the local pubs so ideal to go for few drinks and curry after!
