Lovely atmosphere on Christmas Eve. Restaurant was very busy but we were served very efficiently as always and food was delicious. Great start to our christmas

Late night meal with some friends. Service was quick and friendly, food was up to its usual high standards, atmosphere was good and it was not expensive. Good time all round.

Gorgeous food and excellent service. We have eaten here several times and we have always had the same experience. I also think it’s reasonably priced.

Excellent food and service, we will definitely be returning in the near future. If it’s a quiet evening for a couple or a large group I would recommend. The waiters were there to advise on each individual needs and dishes. The prices were very good we were comfortable having a few drinks in the bar area before we sat down at the table.

Busy even at 19:30 but taken straight to table. Service was good and prompt without felling rushed and food tasty and well presented. Can recommend this restaurant.

Food and service is top class my favourite Indian restaurant had a great evening and will be going back there next time I fancy a spicy meal.

Great food. Friendly staff Myself and girlfriend Poppadoms n pickle tray followed by onion bhaji and chicken chatt. Main course. king prawn masala and chicken jalfrezi. Sides of Boiled rice with keema nan. Honey pot ice cream desert.. Everything was very nice especially the Onion bhaji were crisp n flavoursome. Chicken chatt was best I've ever tasted.

Excellent meal yet again at The Vine. Staff were very welcoming, attentive, helpful (suggesting improvements to our choices!). Restaurant was not too busy, atmosphere was really good. The food here is consistently excellent, I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

Lovely food, perhaps a little rushed, between courses, more time required or perhaps, waiting staff should ask, as a standard proceedure, ‘are ready for your next course’ starters and main courses

Good service nice clean restaurant but the food not as good as we have had elsewhere maybe because it’s cooked differently to our usual restaurants please don’t be put off by this try it for yourselves

Food lovely. Service was friendly and helpful. However were just a bit too quick with courses. Asked for 10 mins between starters and mains but the told after 5 mins that needed to have food or it would dry out.

Excellent food which is the main thing , generally a good atmosphere, there was only 1 thing I could say to improve. waiters could smile more

Brilliant. Good service and lovely food - what more can anyone ask for? Only downside was lack of Indian desserts but as we were full it didn't really matter.

A good standard of Indian restaurant. Good service, extensive menu and excellent food. No concerns, so I would recommend more people try this restaurant, which is a hidden gem.

I usually love the vine but this time the curry was bland. I did tell them and they did take some discount off but was a let down after I'd been so looking forward to it. The bhajis were nice as usual.

The meal was fresh and delicious and the staff attentive and helpful. A lovely clean relaxing environment we had a lovely evening . I will be visiting again.

The food was excellent very well presented with a good choice on the menu . Nice atmosphere not too crowded the service was good not waiting too long between courses. very good value for money would visit again.

I’ve been to The Vine a lot recently with various friends- this visit was as good as all the others have been. Excellent food, extensive menu, friendly service, good atmosphere. I happily recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Everything is good about this place. Waiter very helpfully advised what to choose to eat and it didn’t disappoint. And relatively cheap given the quality of the food.

It was really easy to book online. The meal was excellent, we had a good variety off the menu and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Once again excellent - visit every week and never fails to hit the spot for food quality and service. Have even made dishes off menu when asked in the past

Very nice food, reasonably priced. Staff very efficient and friendly. Clean tidy and modern appearance. Would recommend a visit and we will return. Reasonable car park if you need it.

Overall we enjoyed our evening at The Vine and will be returning in the future. The reason for the score of 5 is simply the food was excellent, wonderfully cooked and can't be faulted except for the fact the dishes we chose were very "wet" and came with far too much sauce giving the impression at the end of the meal that we didn't initially enjoy as there appeared to be a lot of waste? Nothing could be further from the truth and perhaps on our next visit we will request less sauce?

Extremely pleasant surroundings and delicious food, can't speak highly enough of the Vine, Ali the owner was a most convivial host and took time to ensure we enjoyed our evening. The restaurant is tucked out of the way and has a good large car park, shall be returning soon

The staff were polite and attentive, the food was gorgeous, I just loved it all. I will definitely be back in the near future. Full marks from me

Table not ready had to wait an age at bar to be served even though only us waiting because they were doing drinks for table customers. Had uncomfortable low table at the very back of the top room, cramped a little, kept knocking table with knees. Were offered poppadoms straight away looked promising bit unfortunately had to wait over half an hour maybe more for someone to take our order (after asking) then starter took at least another half an hour to come and mains same. Felt like we had been waiting an age. Food was very tasty though and portion sizes generous. Excellent pickle tray loved the red sweet sauce!!!! Would like to try again when it wasn't so busy to see if was any better as was promising.

Mixed kebab and lamb Tika Masala The lamb was tough. Couldn't cut and was very chewy. Disappointing overall experience as the Vine had been recommended
