Fantastic good, great service and as always amazing drink choices. Somewhere to impress the family with a cosy atmosphere, or if you want to chill out with your dog and and a good pint. Lovely rear garden too.

Wonderful food good wine selection very friendly staff my partner wasn't happy with the lamb cutlets taste nice but not worth the price for what you get and some nice back ground music would of been lovely but pate and deserts are the best I ever had

We have eaten here a few times and never disappointed. Its has that 'old country pub' feel. Always fresh, tasty, well cooked food. The staff are friendly and courteous and never rush you between courses. Our table was ready and waiting at 6pm and we left at 8.45pm. Our children who are 12 and 15 love it.

Another lovely meal here. Came with family who had travelled from Northamptonshire and loved the location and the restaurant itself. Food was amazing as ever, excellent quality. And the staff really deserve special mention, they help this place stand out. Friendly, attentive, they engage with you and make you feel special.

Firstly, I made the booking for 3 people originally but needed to add another person and they accommodated this without question. Secondly the food was amazing! So tasty, fresh and beautifully presented. Will definitely be going back soon.

Christmas Eve family meal , it was busy in the bar area but restaurant was fine . The service , food and wine list were excellent . Food was presented well , cooked to perfection and was delicious , we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will be booking for next Christmas Eve . Highly recommended .

The food was delicious, the services was very friendly, the place was beautifully, there are lovely fireplaces, all in all an experience will go to again. We loved it.

Had lunch at the Vine with sister and brother-in-law. Excellent food and service, couldn't be faulted. Nice atmosphere to venue also; building is cosy and open fires add to ambience.

Lovely evening. We had the chilli prawns and stuffed mushrooms, pork belly, venison and bread and butter pud, date and toffee pud with salted caramel ice cream. Food and service excellent. Booked for Christmas week already.

The Vine provides good food and friendly service. Game meats is their speciality. At especially busy times service can be a little slow but it's worth the wait.

We arrived really early and had a good reception from the staff who got us a drink but we were kept waiting an extra 15 minutes which we weren’t to happy about but the service and food was excellent.

Fabulous freshly cooked food and easy to cater for a vegan guest too. Also dog friendly which makes eating out such a joy. We will return

The Vine is a beautiful pub in a lovely area. The interior is lovely and the staff welcoming. The wine was of good quality. The only downside was the lunch. The cheese and chutney sandwich was terrible. Ratio of cheese to bread- it was all bread and very dry with little chutney.
