Reading is raving about The Waterfall Restaurant because the Bangladeshi cuisine served there is nothing short of excellent. On The Parade of Silverdale Road in Earley, the food surpasses the norm both in terms of presentation and flavour. Not just that, there’s an unusual emphasis on duck and seafood dishes so you’d be wise to try the duck tamarind, cooked with garlic, honey, salt, tamarind and a hint of chilli, as well as the king prawn naga masala which is also a delight. Stop by this gem of Reading on a Sunday and you can sample over 90 exciting Bangladeshi dishes at the weekly banquet, and all for a very reasonable price per person. There’s little not to love about The Waterfall Restaurant so reserve a table while there are some free.
The food was excellent and full of flavour. The portion sizes were good. The waiters were very attentive, polite and friendly. An excellent evening out.
We were taken to our table and given menu's and ordered drinks. We placed our food order and the food arrived in good time. The food was hot and extremely delicious. The service was very good. We would definitely go again.
Extensive, varied menu with dishes beautifully presented by knowledgeable, polite staff. What a delight to find so many fish dishes in this type of restaurant. A thoroughly enjoyable evening.
Excellent food and drink, lots of choice on the menu and good value. Will definitely come back again . Service was great and atmosphere lovely.
We really enjoyed the food and the service was very good too. Shame the puddings aren't included in the all you can eat deal! 😀
Good food and service each time i go. It's my local restaurant but food is better than a lot of others in Reading. Highly recommended
Terrible service and atmosphere. No description of the dishes available on the sunday menu. No one cared to ask if we needed help. Rushed in choosing our dishes when we were the only table. No goodbye or thank you when we left. Otherwise food and price were correct.
