Had a really great evening at The Weaving Shed. To start I had the scotch egg and my husband had the crispy chicken terrine, both of which were delicious and we then shared the chateaubriand with a gorgeous peppercorn sauce. It was sublime and the best chips I've had in ages. We were too full to eat any pudding, but they looked very good. The service was very friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was nice and buzzy. All in all a fab evening and I will be dining here again.
Great vegetarian choice, good wine, busy restaurant and attentive staff
the food was really nice Alice the waitress was very friendly the only thing I can complain about is none of the waitresses asked if food was ok and we had to get there attention for another drink and also had to go to the bar to ask to pay bill they had there backs to restaurant and chatting would of been nice just to ask them to keep an eye on the tables and ask the customers if all is ok and need any drinks etc...
Lovely evening, the food was great and the staff were helpful and made us feel welcome. lovely meal out for our 5th wedding anniversary.
All good thanks really enjoyed it nice place would go back

Great environment and food, however service can be a little slow and the restaurant tends to suffer from loud background noise that makes talking difficult if in a group.
My very demanding family was very happy with the food. Service can improve.
Relaxed meal with friends. Steak was perfectly cooked. Service excellent. Able to take out time chatting throughout the evening without feeling pressured to vacate the table.
Lovely meal, nice friendly service. Great atmosphere, would definitely recommend
Lovely food and excellent service. Will definitely return to try the other menu options.
Lovely food, maybe a bit pricey for what it was. Great atmosphere and would be lovely in the summer outside
Lovely staff and atmosphere in this spacious bistro beside the river. It was nice being able to see the open kitchen and talk directly to a chef with a query we had. An imaginative menu with some good pairings - sea bream with chaat masala, curried cauliflower, grilled artichokes; spiced falafel burger with avocado, red pepper coulis; delicious dessert of Tahitian vanilla mousse, poached rhubarb and honeycomb flakes. Well worth its Michelin listing.
My husband’s starter (scotch egg) and my main course (sea bream) were really lovely. However, my husband’s main course of haddock was rather overdone. No big deal just not special. The service was polite but very slow. It was busy but not hectic but staff seemed rather ineffective. They did take our drinks off the bill which was kind of them as we hadn’t asked but, overall, I was expecting better and would not book again.
Lovely food as always. Very accommodating staff. We’ll be back!
Great food and a great atmosphere, plenty of room between the tables not squashed in like so many other establishments. 10 /10 !
Dined at for dinner and breakfast. Fabulous food, fantastic friendly & helpful staff (esp our waiter, whose name I forgot to get!), lovely atmosphere, great value quality food. Just wished we lived nearer!
Fantastic food and great friendly service & lovely atmosphere thanks
We often go here for brunch with friends and are very satisfied with the standard of food and the friendly service.
A lovely place to have a relaxed lunch. good service even though it was very busy.
Great location, great food, great service. Highly recommend The Weaving Shed.
Very good service and lovely food. An amazing lunchtime experience Thank you
First visit to The Weaving Shed and all round high scored. I was very impressed with the food and service and the atmosphere was perfect. We had our baby Son with us, the staff were fantastic with him and he was made as welcome as we were. The prices reflect the quality of the food, so good value for money. We went for a Sunday Roast followed by dessert. I highly recommend the lemon and thyme chicken and the vanilla mouse with honeycomb. I shall most definitely be booking again to try more of the menu!
Fine - good value - nice staff - food fine
Lovely meal, but a little spoilt by the fact that the blinds had broken and not operable. Cold outside but a very strong sun, and we were seated in front of the large front windows. Bit like eating in a tropical greenhouse!
Would have liked bigger portions but meal was very good.
Always great service made to feel welcome and great food
Good food, but slow service, which I think was due to the number of people sitting outside as a result of the lovely weather. Simply needed more waiting staff, but probably difficult to plan for the weather. Although the service was slow, our waitress was very friendly and professional.
This was the best meal I’ve had in a very long time. The food was amazing and the service outstanding!! We’ll definitely be going back!!
We can’t get enough of this place, Amazing food and service as usual. Their menus caters for all tastes and all good value for money using very fresh local ingredients
Wonderful location on a sunny Wednesday afternoon, excellent food, from an interesting & varied menu, and really great service. Good value too. Glad to see the introduction of a new lager.
Friendly staff. Enjoyable food. Light and airy feel to the restaurant thanks to windows from floor to ceiling and a good view of the historic Town Bridge. Happy to recommend.
Lovely mid week lunch. Food was divine and well worth the wait. Will definitely be returning for superb food.cocktail was rTo die for as well
Great food and atmosphere, and excellent service. We had a lovely birthday celebration. Pithivier was particularly good as was the hake and curried accompaniments, desserts also excellent
Bradford on Avon is a really pretty town & this restaurant is situated near the river with views of the River Avon and old quaint buildings. The restaurant is clean & cosy and the kitchen is open plan so you can see the chefs busy at work. The staff were friendly & professional. The food was delicious & good size portions - we went home happily full.
Food was good and catered for gluten free but long wait in between starter and main course. Presentation good but some food could be hotter and restaurant chilly
Food was excellent, just felt that the service was under par, kept waiting for far too long, from ordering to have to ask for your change when paying
Visited in January - very welcoming staff who were attentive all evening. Food was great - two diners had the steak and said it was among the best they’d ever had; the other two had the veggie option which was delicious. It’s a large premises and therefore there is space between tables unlike many other restaurants which pack you in. Would recommend.
Great food and great venue. Service was a little slow which is fine as long as you’re not in any rush. Overall a good experience.
Excellent food , good service , a very good atmosphere, very good value for money , staff do their upmost for you Would definitely recommend
The Service was excellent, ambience lovely and food good - but was luke warm. Had it been piping hot my rating would have been full marks.
This might just be my new favourite restaurant! We had an outstanding meal last night which was all cooked to perfection. The table service was also faultless as was the Gin Fizz! Relaxed and calm atmosphere and a really airy comfortable space to dine. Perfect and we will be coming again. Thank you.
The food at the Weaving Shed is not only imaginative, it is also beautifully presented and utterly delicious. Today, we enjoyed cheese gougeres as an appetiser....absolutely must be tried! Melting cheese middle in a savoury profiterole. Then smoked haddock on a sumptuous bed of creamy leeks and ingenious curried quails egg on top. Utter perfection on a plate. This has to be the THE best place to eat in Bradford on Avon. I really must stop introducing new people here because it will get too busy. Love their food. Fantastic and the service is great, too.
Came for the New Year Gala dinner and we had amazing food and wine. The Service was first class too. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant everybody appeared to be really enjoying themselves
Excellent service. Excellent quality of food. Excellent atmosphere! This restaurant is consistently one of the best choices for lunch and an evening meal in Bradford on Avon. Thank you 😊

Excellent place...great food in a relaxed setting..riverside position adds to the eating experience..reasonable prices and lovely coffee... Highly recommended for brunch but best to book to avoid disappointment..
This was our second visit and yet again thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was gorgeous and waiting staff were lovely. So thank you for another lovely evening.
The service was appalling - staff were rude and disinterested The fish starter was not hot The Rib Eye steaks were inedible Total disappointment; We arrived and after a 20 minute wait I had to go to be the bar to request drinks and was told it was waitress service and to return to my table; we had to go to the bar to get new bottles of water as we couldn't get service to request one - no apology no interaction just handed a new bottle to return to my table. At 23:10 we requested a taxi and even though we were still finishing our wine we were asked to leave and wait outside for our taxi due to licensing rules - never has that happened ever in all the restaurants I have eaten in throughout the UK
First class meal, lovely surroundings. Staff were delightful and helpful. Smashing Christmas meet up with friends from afar. Gluten free food needed for 1 of our party and the menu was clear.
