Arrived and shown to a table. No order for drinks was made and no request for any allergies asked. We had to order our drinks from the bar and tell the carvery staff of our allergies. Meal was pleasant and the ice creams excellent.

The family held a celebratory party for my son’s birthday and engagement announcement. My daughter brought her young children. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the meal, particularly my grandchildren. The food was delicious and the service friendly and efficient.

Food was excellent but the service was disappointing as we had to ask for our puddings after an half-wait.

We enjoyed a quiet atmosphere, and the carvery was the best I have enjoyed for a long time. The turkey was very nice, and the vegetables were well cooked and complimented the meat. My nieces loved the carvery and the ice cream desert.

The meal was pleasant as were the drinks the ambiance.
