The food was amazing but the service let it down. Even though the drinks order was taken first it took a long time for them to arrive at the table. The food actually arrived before the drinks came to the table. Then we ordered more food and they cleaned the table removing our plates and cutlery. When the food arrived we had no plates or cutlery on the table and we had to ask the wait staff to bring us new plates and cutlery. Overall it was a nice experience but the attention to detail was lacking.

We had a lovely birthday dinner at Tokii, it was a very classy and very traditional Japanese restaurant. The sushi was all to a high standard, and they even made something special for me as a vegetarian. Our wait staff, Elizabeth, was professional and attentive without hovering or being intrusive. Overall a great experience.
