It was a lovely restaurant, I love the kids bento box, so cute. Staff were helpful & friendly too.

All perfect. The one thing I didn't like was that we were required to pay before the meal (but under covid times that's fine), however the service charge was already included and we were not able to opt out. I feel the service charge being optional is because one can evaluate the service during the meal and if not satisfied can have the option to take it off the bill. In our case we were pleasantly served by the staff and I never had service charge removed in our bills ever while in the UK, but i feel that the underlying meaning of it was not well understood by the management, when deciding to make the Service Charge a mandatory item on web browser orders for dine in customers.
