Food was good servers friendly but service was slow ordered a drink that turns out was never rang in so paid the bill and left not sure about coming back

The food was good, however the service was terrible. It wasn’t even that busy however we had to keep going to the bar to order our drinks as we were never asked if we would like another. No one came to check if our food was ok. By the time we left we had 6 empty drinks on the table- clearly showing that no one came over to check on us while been there and to clear our table/order more drinks.

Poor service , we were forgotten about. The food was subpar and the staff were dismissive and more concerned with socialising rather than serving paying costumers!

Visited for a friend's birthday and absolutely loved it, all of the servers were so kind and lovely, the food was brilliant and the drinks were amazing.

We ordered the beef Sunday lunch and it was outstanding, Zoe was lovely too, we called ahead to say we was running late and she was so accommodating and understanding as we travel from Leeds for the outstanding food served at the Haworth based venue. I can’t wait to be back for the brisket taco and loaded fries .

The food was ok but we got our main course before our starter, which we were then disappointed having our main course brought after it had been clearly sat under a hot plate. 🫣

Great spot overlooking the stream and with a chilled vibe at lunchtime. The staff were amazing and my burger was one of the best I have had!

I had the pork burrito which was basically a large wrap filled with dry tasteless ingredients which was mostly rice. £15.95…must do better.

The Treehouse had a really good relaxed vibe about it & the service from Caitlin was excellent.The pizza’s we had were lovely. We are on holiday in Haworth & have decided to go back & have our last meal there.

Love this place. Been a couple of times now. Staff are very friendly and polite, always wanting to accommodate. Lovely venue and aesthetically pleasing. Very good value for money with great tasting food and a good range of drinks. I'll be a regular every time I visit Haworth

Brilliant night as always, took us straight to our outside table as we had requested when booking. Lovely and clean, not too loud even though it was busy. We all had pizzas which were excellent and service was great

Drinks very expensive and food bland. Looked nice but didn't have much taste unfortunately.

Band playing before 8 pm.when trying to have eat food and have a conversation. Music should be restricted until 9 pm at least.

The place is amazing, decoration, atmosphere, and service made a great experience for customers. The food was good. I recommend!

The food was lovely but the seating is uncomfortable, when asked if I could switch my stool for a chair, I was told no. It's fine if you are just planning to eat and go.

Very loud music at 6pm. Fish and chips was cooked for far too long. 3 of us had that and were all the same. Expensive for what we received. The quality wasnt good. We didn't complain as it was a birthday celebration and didn't want to make a fuss. Really nice place. Otherwise.

Arrived a little early but this wasn’t a problem chose a table . Was quickly served with a drink , ordered some lovely food which we enjoyed . We will be back Thank you 2 ladies for lunch

Great menu, good portions, excellent service and value for money

Was very very busy. We had 50 minutes wait before food arrived. Food was mediocre. I ordered pulled pork burritos. Which was far too spicy to eat. It was predominantly full of rice which went all over the table as this was served on a small narrow wood board. I only found 3 small pieces of shredded Pork. The fries were all I ate.
