Tired food. Did not justify the awards. Dry chicken. Overcooked rice. Mass produced tasting sauce. There must be better options in Burnley for Indian food.

This is only due to one of our party having to send a starter back due to being hard other wise we had a good evening

It was a snowy evening so very quiet. We were made welcome when we arrived. The food was very good as was the service. Certainly value for money too. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent food and service. Every dish was very tasty and piping hot. Doggy bag sorted. Good wine, both red and white. Very reasonable priced too.

Felt a bit poorly so decided to get a takeaway from Usha instead of dining at the restaurant, 5 of us, got the set meal for 4, excellent, plenty to go round and included a bottle of wine, only curry house I will use in this town, always good and nice people, merry Christmas

Excellent food and service without paying a ridiculous price. We went early to make sure it wasn’t too busy but there was still a steady stream of customers arriving for both sit-in and take-away so it’s well worth booking in advance to ensure that they can accommodate you. We’ll definitely be going again soon!

Excellence service and fantastic food. We don't go anywhere else & after eating at Usha for over 4 years we have never had a bad or average meal yet. They even do children's portions that my 6 yr old neice said was the nicest one ever.

Gray food and great service. Would be rated six out of six but bringing and collecting the bill was a bit slow. But a lovely family meal. Nice that they did kids portions.

Absolutely amazing food! By far the best service and quality I have actually ever tasted! I would highly recommend it to any looking for authentic, and amazing tasting, Indian quinine!

We got there and went straight to the table fast service lovely food and pleasant staff. Would definitely be going again and we couldn’t finish all our food so got it to take away.

Absolutely amazing, atmosphere, food quality and taste, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was on top par. We have not enjoyed a curry quite like it in some time. We will certainly be back again with family and friends thanks guys for a fantastic night.

Very nice first time visiting greeted well didn’t have to wait long for meals lovely atmosphere meals was very tasty and prices are great :) only thing bad was the side room we was in near the window was a very cold draft so I was quite cold in there ..if I’d go again I’d request sitting i the main big room we’re warmer :)

Just average. Some of the food good some of the food poor. Service mediocre. No welcome no greeting had to ask for extra drinks. Wouldn’t go back in a rush.

Food was amazing,the staff always ready to help you understand the menu, and would ensure you enjoyed the food. The staff wasvert very busy with home delivers but thst still didn't interrupt the staff helping the customers. The only down fall was being cold but staff put the heater near us.

THE FOOD WAS BLAND AND TASTELESS - STARTER PANCAKE WAS HARD AND NOT ABLE TO CUT -MAIN DISHES WERE NOT SPICY AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN.

Poor service and poor food, in fact the most unauthentic Indian cookery I've tasted for many years. I really don't understand how this restaurant seems to have received so many good reviews! I will not be returning.

Good service good food but the chilli masala was advertised as hot. It was mega hot,maybe they had doubled up on the chillies,to hot to eat

We had booked a table for 8.30. When we arrived it was very busy and there was a queue of people. We said we had booked a table nd rather rudely were just told to ‘sit there and wait’ and then we’re just left, no menu, ninformation about when table would be ready. So we left and went and at somewhere else.

As usual the food was excellent and the service friendly and brilliant. Chef was in quite a spicy mood which brought a difference to familiar dishes.
