The Italians and Mexicans are on opposite sides of the world, but at Viva Tequila, you can taste the best of both cuisines. While Sheffield might be more Ponds Forge than across the pond, if you take a trip down to Gleadless, you can experience cuisine from both sides of the Atlantic, from both Italy and Mexico. Their menu is packed with favourites, so head down to Gleadless Road – close to where Ridgeway Road becomes Norton Avenue – and tuck in. Begin with garlic bread or nacho dips, Mexican-style wings or mixed Italian olives, before moving onto one of the Viva Tequila fajitas, burritos and enchiladas or pastas, pizzas and crespelle. Wash it down with some of their eponymous tequilas or something from the extensive wine list, and you’re well on your way to a great night out in Sheffield.
Excellent service friendly staff great night had by all ( party of 31) who went,,,,, would definitely choose Viva Tequila for our next works outing 😊
Great food and service. Like the refit it feels much more spacious with more space between the tables. Friendly atmosphere, we will definitely be returning.
My boyfriend and I visited on a Wednesday night as the restaurant has 241 offers on Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's so we had a shared starter, a main each and 2 drinks for just over £20! Bargain! The food was delicious and the service was professional and prompt. Will definitely go again and I believe they also do delivery!
From arriving to the end of the evening the whole evening was brilliant. The service, food and atmosphere were all excellent and made our evening. The whole party of is had a fabulous time thank you. xxx
The food was gorgeous, the staff were friendly its a great place to go when you don't feel like cooking! The only comment I would make is the décor is very dated and it needs a sprus. The décor doesn't match the standard of food and could be something which puts people off going.
Though the waiter was friendly, the food took quite a while to come even though we were the only customers when we ordered. Another couple came in halfway through, but they were not busy. There were 4 of us, and though the mains came together, the deserts came in stages which wasn't ideal. The decor is very tired, but the waiter informed us that the restaurant is due to be refurbished very soon. However, I did enjoy my meal and would return.
Good night, good food service was pleasant and friendly food came in a timely manner and was hot. Prices were reasonable for both drinks and meals
