Great food, recently visited Rome and the food was not a million miles away!

Great food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. What's not to like! Like it so much we are going back this weekend for Xmas party round two.

Plenty of good Italian food. Proper Pizza oven- you can't beat them. Good service. Nice atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. It's what you would expect from an Italian restaurant.

a good welcoming, given a choice of tables and positioning. Calm and airy. Food was very well cooked and presented and quantities were good. I would recommend this restaurant.

The four meals ordered were served in reasonable time and were really tasty. The surroundings were convivial and the staff attentive. I would recommend Vivo Restaurant Burton Latimer.

Friendly and efficient staff, great meal, what's not to like! Everything up to its usual standard, we have never had a bad meal at Vivo.

Although we've only been to Vivo in Stapleford once before, we felt welcomed back, and well looked after during our meal. The food quality was high, and we'll certainly return.

Food was great, prompt service. My son was sick - not the fault of the food! My wife took him to the toilet were she was given a mop to clean it up with no help from the staff - I won't be in a hurry to return.

The food was really good; my husband enjoyed his pizza but it just had too many mushrooms on it but other than that, he really enjoyed his food. We both ordered a Caprese and the cheese was really nice. I had the sea bass dish and I thoroughly enjoyed that. It had some mushrooms and prawns in there. I liked the lobster sauce but it was a little too much with the fish, perhaps it's better on the side to let the customer decide how much sauce they want as too much could 'drown' the flavors of the fish. But I really enjoyed my food regardless. I also ordered some potato saute as a side, very, very nice, but again, too much, as I had to leave some behind.

Excellent service, friendly staff always happy and polite. Amazing food we go to this restaurant regularly all dishes are amazing. Love this restaurant great place to eat.

Felt rushed by the waiters and waitresses who appeared to have plans for the end of service and wanted us to leave as soon as they could get us out.

A lovely restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. We had a lovely meal the food was tasty and plentyful Staff were friendly and helpful. A return visit will be a must.

What can I say - really good meal, food excellent, staff first class, really great value for money - fully recommended for any one looking for a great Italian meal.

Restaurant was very clean and in a really nice location, food was lovely and was a good size portion, reasonable prices within and friendly staff.

Not up to previous standards of food! Disappointed it has now become more run of the mill basic Italian with cheap tasteless products! Pizzas were good!

The food was not as good as usual. We both had the blade of beef and it was quite tough. There also seemed to be a lack of staff. Overpriced.

Had not been here for some time but had really enjoyed our previous visits. It was very, very busy and we did wait a long time to order our food and receive our starters. The food was okay but not as good as we remembered although there was nothing particularly wrong with it. Good atmosphere and the staff were good but they were obviously under pressure with so many people.

Great food and friendly, efficient service. General ambiance lacking though and wine ordered was not available, so can't give a 6. Will return though as a number of day she's on menu that I'd still like to try!

Lovely service, meal was excellent and a great atmosphere. Each time we have visited we have always enjoyed the experience. We would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice food, very quick service in and out in 30 mins( was very hungry) there is a car park near by as well , highly recommended

Delicious food and lovely service in a genuine Italian restaurant with a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely return to try many of the other tempting dishes on the menu.

This is our go to restaurant for special occasions. As usual very good food, we both had pasta dishes for a change and both good. Will go again

Food as always was delicious. Sat in a corner of the restaurant so felt a little forgotten but staff were very friendly. Will be going back again soon.

Overall a very pleasant evening, good atmosphere although very noisy as a large birthday party happening. Good food, but vegetables so crunchy that it was impossible to even put a fork in the carrots. Potatoes were re heated and not nice.

Good service and lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning to vivo again soon and will be recommending to friends.

Lovely food, great service, great prices. We will defiantly be regulars 😁 Tiramisu is the best I've ever tasted Never a problem to park here either.

A lovely meal. We went with our Son's (18 & 10) and was perfectly suited for our family. The quality of food was excellent. Vivo has a 5 star FSA rating We'll be going back again for sure!

Excellent food, great atmosphere and smiling and helpful staff. We both had fish as our main courses, sea bass and cod, and both had been beautifully cooked and the flavours were to die for. What more can you possibly ask for

There was 8 of us on bank holiday evening. The service was good & the food was delicious. portion sizes were plenty. Will definitely revisit.

The food and service were excellent. Both the menu and the environment give the diners a true taste of the Italian experience. Would highly recommend.

We live in the local area so have dined here a few times. I've had a mixture of experiences, from 'iffy' service to brilliant service. Personally, I don't find it very consistent however the food is good and reasonably priced. My recent visit was a mixture of good.. and bad. We took the mother in law, for a belated mothers day meal. The food came out at reasonable times, we didn't have to particularly wait long at all. Service was good in that respect, however my mother in law complained her pasta dish was extremely salty. Afterwards, the waiter asked how our food was and the salty pasta dish was mentioned. The chef must have tried it himself, as the waiter swiftly returned apologising. He then offered my mother in law a free dessert. We didn't want desserts as we'd had starters and instead asked for the bill. No money was taken off the bill and we paid for her main dish which is unacceptable really, however we didn't want to make a fuss. In hindsight, we should have probably booked the Palmichael - service is always great there, plus the food is amazing. If we had experienced the same there, I know they would have taken it seriously!

The restaurant was clean and staff attentive without being over the top. The variety of food was excellent and well cooked. Altogether we had an extremely pleasant evening.

Service was ok but I returned my main course as it was burnt and was disguising the flavour of the dish. It sadly ruined my experience. The atmosphere was a little flat as well. We won't be rushing back there.
