Vivo Italian Restaurant

We had an excellent Anniversary Meal at Vivo Restaurant and will definitely be going back. We can confidently recommend this restaurant - but it is obviously popular and you need to book.

good food friendly staff even with kids and full enjoyable experience menu is interesting with a full range of drinks the much time experience is just as good as dinner

We went to Vivo in Burton Latimer as an early birthday celebration for my wife. The reception was friendly and warm, the food was incredible, we both had the Rossini steak, cooked perfectly and the sweet was excellent. The staff were so friendly especially our waitress. Even a small candle on my wifes sweet and they sang happy birthday. What more could you want. I can't recommend this restaurant more highly. Jim and Hilary White. 28.12.2015

Excellent very nice atmosphere very organized even thought we had a table of 14 on a Saturday night will always go back as real Italian foid

Despite being very busy, service and food were both very good. Will certainly return but perhaps during the week when perhaps it may be a little less busy.

Good quality food and friendly staff. The mid week lunch menu was a good value for money choice, I would recommend this to others, enjoy!

Excellent food, wine and ambience with a first class service and my guests and myself thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our evening. Unfortunatley living in Scotland it may be sometime before I am able to revisit this very fine restaurant although it will be very much in my future plans when I am next in the area.

Went for lunch and had the offer of 3 courses for £10.95 Food was lovely couldn't fault it shame there was no one else in restaurant.

We always choose to go to Vivo.its a lovely place and the staff are very helpful. Never had a bad meal! Will be going again soon.

Warm welcome and great food on New Year's Eve. Staff were friendly and efficient. Music entertainment was good if a little loud which is why I haven't given top score . Would highly recommend.

The services was good & the food was as enjoyable as when we went for a Christmas meal with a crowd. When asked if there was a problem with my starter as I had not eaten it, they were quick to say there would be no charge as i need not like it & think it was to their standard.

Fantastic food. Great ambience. My first visit but will not be my last. A hidden gem I'm glad I found. Will most certainly be recommending.

We received a very warm welcome as we entered the restaurant and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the evening. The food was of a high standard and delicious tasting. The restaurant was very busy with Christmas party revellers so was maybe a little noisier than we would have liked, but understandable given the time of year. Overall a great place and a very enjoyable meal.

My husband and I went for lunch as my birthday treat. We have been there before and on this occasion the meal and service was perfect. We always enjoy going there but this time it was excellent. My husband had sea bass and I had a fillet steak all cooked to perfection plus a glass of red wine. Will definitely go again

Wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious. All six of us had a great night eating and catching up. Looking forward to going again and trying other dishes.

Empty atmosphere - probably due to lunchtime Raw steak - plenty provided, some discount offered, but was with a re-couperating family member and we did not have the heart to do anything. Tasty starter

The food was good but the service was slow. The restaurant was quite busy but when we asked we were told that it was probably busier the previous week.

We had a wonderful evening. Great food and the service was first class, unobtrusive, but excellent. We will be back in the next couple of weeks to try the lunchtime menu.

Another great meal at Vivo. It has fast become our favourite local family restaurant, every course is always top class. More dishes to explore on the menu in the future (and the specials board!). Thanks to you all at Vivo, see you soon.
