Very pleasant staff and well cooked food will be back

Food was good, but lacking atmosphere a bit, giving airport lounge. Service was okay but nothing remarkable. Probably not return.

Service at first was very nice, asked if we had any allergies, so all good and the food was very nice. Let down was with the drinks, ordered tonic water without ice, came with ice but the serious part was it wasn't recognised by the guest who was the driver of our party that it contained a gin until the bill was presented. This was unacceptable! When bought to the attention of the waitress it wasn’t truly understood the seriousness of this mistake! Paying for it wasn’t the issue, it should NEVER have happened for a driver who doesn’t drink alcohol. Some may say wouldn’t you know it tasted of gin? No, not if you don’t drink and know what a G&T would taste like! Plus the waitress should have insisted on refunding the money for the gin.

Quick pitstop before an exhibition at ExCel but wish we had a bit more time to spend in ZS as the risotto and lasagne were both very good

Food was good as always. I do think it’s slightly overpriced but the quality is consistent (we have eaten here a couple of times before). We booked a Saturday night in January, which wasn’t really required as it was very quiet and therefore it did lack a little ambience, but this was purely due to our timings. Staff were very pleasant

We had a table for 9, had to book online with a 6 and 3 but when we arrived we were given a fab round table that sat all of us. Food was very good and the service from all the staff was excellent …overall great value and would definitely go back if we are near the Excel again.

As a cautious eater with seafood allergy, I did not fancy pizza and there was nothing on the menu I liked. The chef kindly prepare a dish specifically for me. I did not have to wait very long and it was amazing!!

As a solo diner I don’t expect to be seated facing a wall. After moving my place setting (the other one was immediately removed as they expected me to sit with my back to everyone else in the restaurant) they then seemed to want to get me out asap. Maybe I made them feel uncomfortable. Food and wine was nice enough.

Fabulous meal at Zero Sette. We were only in the area for one night and so pleased that we chose this restaurant. All three courses were amazing - the Burrata with roasted vegetables, lasagne, and the homemade tiramisu. The service was great and the restaurant is conveniently located for the ExCel and all the nearby hotels - we stayed at the Crown Plaza and it was only a few minutes walk away.

Good quality food close to the ExCeL venue. Plenty of tables available for an early timeslot.
