Food and service was excellent. Restaurant empty and lacking atmosphere but attended at a quiet time. Was undecided and Waiter helped me make a good choice of the sea bass.

Great food! Little bit pricey and staff never told us till after we had finished we should of shared a starter bread as they were massive and left in finished!

Nice atmosphere, friendly helpful staff and good food. Typically Italian with a mix of drama and chaos but a great experience all round with excellent food and good service - would recommend it highly. Well priced so good value too. House wine was vey acceptable.

Fab meal staff so friendly and very helpful. Will be back when we are next in London we found the restaurant on line glad I looked now keep up the fab work you do .

Excellent food. Good service and atmosphere. My daughter and I ate here on a visit to London in July for our birthdays. Will definitely be back on our next London visit

The food was fantastic, i had spaghetti Vongole and my friend had a pizza. All tje staff there was very welcoming. Would definitely go there again.

Delicious food and great service. Nice quiet setting. Met here with colleagues and all very much enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it and hope to be back.

Are you in charge of arranging the company dinner? Entertaining important clients? You needn't worry about whether this restaurant is suitable. We all see the few poor reviews but I don't get it. Is it 5-star dining, no. but you have a wait staff give you full attention and you will have tasty dinners. Book it. I did for 10 of us and we had good wine, delicious food and a great night!!

OUTSTANDING! Excellent food, super-friendly service, and a great ambience. I was at a trade show and ate there 6 times in 4 days - seriously - with guests and by myself. A+++

Excellent food, quick and friendly service, modern style of furniture, spacious. A good place to eat when you are attending one of the exhibitions at Excel! Reasonable prices, too.

great food, lovely staff, only reservation was that the tiramisu was not quite up to scratch but everything else was perfect for the 9 of us who could make it

The ambience is quite nice and the service staff are friendly. Food quantity is good and generally nice. Location is easily accessible from ExCel London.

Excellent as usual. We use the resturant regularly and it is always great. Sometimes it can be very quiet but the atmosphere is better when there are more people around.

The service was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food was exceptional. The style of the decor somehow drew your attention to your own party and food and made it feel very private despite being big and open plan.

We had a lovely evening the food was fab staff nice and polite. Perhaps a little more personality from the staff would be nice. Will definitely go again!

it was so good we are coming back. It was a convenient destination close to our hotel. The food was authentic Italian and so worthy of a return visit.Canon Geoff

Great food and great atmosphere but food took a long time in between courses ( 1hr 15mins ) Staff were unfriendly if not a little cold but they were extremely busy.

the waiters are very friendly and provide courteous services. food is yummy. restaurant decorations are elegant. fresh and delicious food. recommend Italian white wine Trebbiano.

Unfortunately when we arrived there was a private party in the bar area . The noise level was such that it was impossible to enjoy a dinner there so we were forced to eat else where . The restaurant staff were however understanding about our cancellation & quite embarrassed about the situation.

A thoroughly pleasant evening in a relaxed unhurried environment. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. It would certainly be a regular haunt if we lived closer.

Good food and good service just what we wanted after a long and busy day. Space to relax and noise level low enough so you could talk.

This is my fifth time dinning at zero sette and every time I have visited the services has been excellent and the restraunaunt has a very pleasant atmosphere I will definitely be returning.

I thought the food was very good and the service was good. Found it a little noisy. Presentation was good, layout of restaurant was average. Reservation process was fine.

Lovely food and lovely staff! Would defiantly come again and recommend to anyone wanting nice Italian food and service. Staff made me and my partner feel very welcomed and food was beautiful

Great Restaurant, very good food (the Lobster ravioli is particularly nice). Well priced and service was fine as the restaurant was luckily not too busy. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was really friendly. Food was served quickly and was very tasty. Prices are reasonable for the area. Would go again if I stayed around.

We had a long wait for our meal as it was busy. The pizza was soggy so not impressed with that. Then they overcharged us. Waiters were nice generally though

Our large party experienced an extremely enjoyable evening; the food was delicious and the service excellent. One of our party was late in arriving and the staff accommodated this wonderfully well without any fuss, enabling him to eat his main course with everyone else without compromising the level of quality to anyone else's dishes despite the slight delay in serving them. Based on our experience, Zero Sette would be highly recommend.

Super food, great service and wonderful atmosphere! Every course was delicious, especially the Chicken in asparagus sauce. My colleague loved the cheesecake. Every waiter was attentive and the bar waiter remembered me from last year!

Like every year we are here for a trade show and visit this restaurant. We are always extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of food.

Good quick service, which is needed when you had meetings in the excel center and need to make sure you have time to go to different meetings.

Good location if you are attending a conference at ExCell London.. Very good Pizza and helpfull staff. Not the best accoustic. But I can reccomend the place.

Excellent and friendly service. The quality of food was top class and it was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was good although, not surprisingly, rather noisy as the Boat Show exhibitors filled the restaurant after the Show closed. But we'd been at the Show all day so can't complain!

Without doubt one of the best meals I've ever had. Pizza was fantastic and the cream brûlée was perfect. Fiancée had lasagne and profiteroles and couldn't fault them. Staff were very friendly and not in your face every two minutes. Excellent restaurant will definitely return next time I'm in London

A beautiful restaurant that really makes you feel quay side at an Italian harbour somewhere. The staff were attentive for the most part but on a quiet Sunday night you could tell were slightly distracted trying to keep themselves busy. Nevertheless, the food was top quality, delicious in flavour and great value for money considering the HUGE portion sizes. If we are in the area again we will definitely go back!

Tasty and friendly. Got a bit hot inside. Modern cozy atmosphere. Walking distance from Exel and main hotels. Try the prosciutto. Great red Pinot Nero.

A shame the rosé was stale, otherwise very pleasant experience! Funny waiter and delicious food! We will be back!

Really nice food, very well presented. It sort of feels like organised chaos at this place, but adds to it's charm. Other comments have suggested that the service is crap, which we did not find to be the case. I would definitely go again.

Shocking service. Had to speak with 3 people before getting an apology and discount off the bill. 2 hour wait between starter and main course. No one asked if we would like a drink because of delay. Staff were rude and made us feel like it was our fault. Food however was lovely!

I take my company to this restaurant every year and it never fails to impress. Superb food, wine and service, the staff are extremely attentive, highly recommended
