Very pleasant atmosphere and the food was authentic Italian so I would recommend this restaurant

Food and service were to a good standard. Unfortunately it was a mid-week visit and there were only a few other diners which made the atmosphere a little "flat".

Good food, well cooked, all the mouths we were feeding were very happy indeed

Waiters need to be more attentive. It was quite difficult to catch their attention. Food was good though. Pizza oven was broken so no pizzas

Spaghetti a bit dry, not enough tomatoes sauce. There’s no table candlelight’s anymore.

Hadn't been to Zi Teresa for a few years. Certainly wasn't disappointed - in fact better than what i remembered. Great food, great atmosphere & reasonable prices - all in all thoroughly enjoyed our meal & evening out with friends. Won't leave it so long next time !!

45 mins after starters we were still waiting for the main course. We paid for what we had and left. No organization, nobody bothers

It was terrible the service was terrible if they have to many parties in then they should have more staff they sat us where we had 2 children and people smoking out side when we asked to shut the doors they spoke in Italy which is rude, we won’t be going again

Food was good but the service was beyond awful. Miserable looking staff who looked positively put out at small basic requests, huffing and puffing waitress with a face like thunder who looked ready to explode at any second. We literally felt like we were eating dinner on a knifes edge. Child on out table accidentally dropped her ice cream glass, which shattered on the floor. Waiting staff all ignored the mess and left it. They didn’t attend to it or replace the ice cream leaving a very upset child. They made us feel so on edge that we didn’t dare ask them for a replacement. It was a real effort to get anyone to acknowledge us or give us any form of eye contact. Highly awkward, uncomfortable and unpleasant dining experience.

Have always loved this restaurant! Live too far away to come more often!

Food was ok and overall restaurant looks the part. The staff are civil and polite but rating would be higher did the staff made more effort and were that extra bit friendlier...especially to the non-regular customers. They were however accomodating and we had a nice time and change from our norm for a special occasion...thabkyou

used to go here a lot but this was our first visit for a while and clearly the owner has changed hands. Staff were different, not particularly attentive and not terribly friendly. Ordered a bottle of wine and the waiter did not bother checking how many of us were having wine and proceeded to pour it in to all glasses. Also had to ask for a wine cooler. Food was not brilliant. Seabass was overcooked. Not what you would expect from this restaurant.

Great food and very friendly service in a lovely setting

The food was generally good apart from the plain boiled potatoes served with the Sea Bream.They did not look or taste appetising and certainly were not a good accompaniment for this dish. Small new potatoes, sauté french fries would have been more suitable.

Celebrated my dads 90th there, great service , the staff all very helpful with helping my dad to the table , food was great.

We have been to Zi Teresa a number of times and have never been disappointed. Fine food, great service and friendly staff.

We had a most enjoyable time, our man courses all excellent only slight disappointment th merignue nests were like glue on the base. Everything else was excellent.

Dinner was simply delicious. The perfect start to the weekend.

Overall very good, but there was a long wait for the main course. This was especially evident as no starters were ordered.
