The dining room at Ziya Asian Grill is a rich blend of reds, coppers and burnt oranges and marbled details, reminiscent of a luxurious Indian palace. This puts diners in the right mindset when they arrive at Ziya on Wilmslow Road: they can expect great pan-Asian cuisine prepared with the classic techniques and ingredients that makes Asian food the go to choice for Manchester’s foodies. The Rusholme Curry Mile has Indian food by the bucket and big flavours from the whole region, but in Ziya, there’s refinement and style to add to the list.

Bringing together the complex, diverse (and delicious) food from across Asia is no small task. In Ziya Asian Grill on Rusholme’s Wilmslow Road, the team have broken new ground in Manchester restaurants in doing so. Aside from charting the difficult line between pan-Asian and the dreaded fusion line, the Ziya team are famous for the excellently presented Indian dishes from across the continent.
