Bringing together the complex, diverse (and delicious) food from across Asia is no small task. In Ziya Asian Grill on Rusholme’s Wilmslow Road, the team have broken new ground in Manchester restaurants in doing so. Aside from charting the difficult line between pan-Asian and the dreaded fusion line, the Ziya team are famous for the excellently presented Indian dishes from across the continent. This is a bold new space for Manchester’s Curry Mile and we’re grateful that the first steps have been taken by the experienced hands at Ziya.
