We had a fantastic dinner, the food was delicious and the service was excellent.
We had a very wonderful dinner experience. The service was so good and the atmosphere was so nice .
We visited the Manjal Indian restaurant on Saturday 30th March 2024. Service was excellent, I ordered Buhna curry and Mushroom rice. I found the rice very spicy hot and the Buhna was a little bit disappointing as it had hardly any sauce, it tasted very nice, the rice looked amazing but far to hot 🥵 we were offered some Chocolate to cool it down, which did work. Otherwise the food was good but different. 121/2 % service charge was a little steep. I know that’s what you pay in London but it makes it an expensive meal
This isn't my first time dining at Manjal, and it won't be the last. The service is always exceptional and the food speaks for itself. Packed full of flavour with good portion sizes. I highly recommended the dosa and the chicken shasklik. The setting is also lovely, a peaceful oasis in a typically bustling Canary Wharf. Some great views over the wharf add to the ambience.
good location and pretty good food and drink with nice atmosphere
Had an amazing experience. Food was fantastic. Loved the lamb shank. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Highly recommend a visit!!
yeahh.. not again unfortunately. first time i went was alot better
Good! I always loved here as I lived around here for long and often go here for indian meals
We booked a group dinner and were amazed by the food and service, highly recommend!
Nicely situated restaurant in Canary wharf. We tried Ghee masala dosa and it was really nice.
Different location, but same food quality, thank you guys! We'll be back
Always great experience at Manjal. The food the service is always top quality with great views
Been a number of times, good consistent quality food. Staff remember you as a customer and are very attentive. Will be going again :-)
Needs to have clearer parking instructions. It was busy....Suggest to make booking before hand. Will come back again
It was a overall a very nice experience.. Owner was there all the time inquiring about the quality of food and recommendations.. Food taste was authentic South Indian.. Value for money too.. Decent ambience and background soft musical of old Hindi songs.. A perfect place for me n my friend to dine in.. Will definitely recommend for food, The atmosphere and for a great experience
A great place and great food, enjoyed it very much
Great food and service - parking not that straight forward if required
Great atmosphere and tasty food! Will definitely go there again
Friendly service and very good food. The manager takes care of any requests to have the food altered to your taste.
Really good food, reminds me of my childhood. Pleasant ambience and good service. Covid precautions taken.
Friendly staff, authentic Indian food and great service. Kids Friendly too.
The food was not upto mark as compared to prelockdown period
Fantastic meal, in their shiny new venue, and great friendly service as always. Recommend the lamb chop starter and also the ‘shredded’ paneer dish - will be back very soon!
Lovely authentic Indian food with nice river side view. S
We were very late but they understood our reason and had our reservation ready and were very friendly ,clean, food was awesome Very happy with restaurant Would definitely recommend to all friends and family
It was an ok restaurant the food didn't seem authentic enough as expected
Awesome food and service every time I have visited the restaurant
Food is nice but service is terrible and slow. Doesn’t seem to be any organisation and you’re served by a different person every time something comes to the table.
The new restaurant has a better ambience than the early one. North Indian food is quite good.
Been here a few times and really like the food. However, this time round, waited over an hour for the food to arrive. Hope the restaurant can sort out their operational issues since moving to this new location
Great meal but there is a language breake between us and the local. Not easy to find
Good food and service. The ambience of the place adds to the overall experience
Second time here. Made a point to return when I had such a good meal last year. Did not disappoint.
The food was delicious and lots of it. One of the main dishes in our party was incorrect and we had to wait for the correct dish.
Awesome food, good service. Person who took order suggested dish exactly we wanted to have.
Occasionally good . Bit high in price . Staff are good .
Really enjoyed this place for my 9 year anniversary i will return
We had a fantastic time and a great meal. Highly recommend, very friendly staff, great with the children.
Food was nice although the starters were very spicy, service was ok but there was a language barrier with the waiters as some of them barley understood English
Food is always fantastic and tasty. Very relaxed atmosphere. Service staff are too attentive and watch you a lot so you don’t always feel relaxed.
Thank you guys once again for a good service and brilliant food!
complementary poppadums were not given enough and were only given when we asked for. At a restaurant in central london with that prices you expect first class service which was not provided
Tasty and quality food but bit pricey. Great service, cozy atmosphere and good choices of drinks and starters.
Expected better quality of meat dishes tbh mixed grill not the best I’ve had plus no Salmon as stated on menu with dish
Waited too long for our food and the restaurant was not busy at all
Great Indian food, surprisingly authentic and for great value. The seating space could be slightly better, feels a bit too snug.
We had a great night because the food was very tastful and for an affordable price. The service was good also.
They were really friendly and always assist you with a smile. Overall great service.
Everything else was top class. Had a brilliant time. only that i was recommended the railway express lamb dish but was a little overwhelming with a particularly spice. The bread/roti could have been wrapped up to stay warm. The roti was splendid, could eat it on it's own.
Food is so delicious and waiter are nice and efficient
