First time here and certainly not the last . All our meals were very nice . Service excellent by all of the young ladies
Wonderful food and very attentive staff. Can't praise highly enough. Five star
Having regularly visited this venue evening time whilst the food as usual was very good service and atmosphere was very disappointing we were a table of 3 and whilst drinks were delivered quickly we waited 45 minutes for our food which were 2 starters and 1main betwee us and no communication from staff as to why we waited so long for food whilst other tables who arrived after us were served quickly Staff seemed quick to take plates away and rush us at all times standing around waiting for us to leave we all three of us were dissatisfied with the service overall but pleased to say food was as good as always
Excellent service, bar and restaurant staff very helpful. Food arrived promptly and was delicious
Lovely meal on a sunny Friday evening, steak was cooked really well, and mushrooms modified to be gluten free, my partner enjoyed the loaded chilli fries and brisket burger.
It was a lovely meal and the service was great.
Food was good and not a bad price, service was prompt and polite, this was my third visit and I will be coming again 👍😃
Have been several times and food consistently really good and great variety. Staff brilliant, efficient and friendly
Staff were pleasant food was good not exceptional but good good choice on the menu. Didn’t like that dogs were allowed in the restaurant
Very pleasant, well-cooked and interesting food, served with a smile. Our second visit and we shall return.
Great time in the garden with kids. Food lovely too.
Beautiful setting. Dog allowed in the bar too which is a bonus for us. Will happily return.
We went for lunch with our son, daughter-in-law and their toddler daughter. We all enjoyed our lunch and the service was very good.
The roast dinner was presented very well but the gravy was so salty it ruined the meal. We mentioned it to the server as my wife can’t eat a lot of salt, and she said she would tell the kitchen staff. Didn’t hear anything back just given the bill. Will not return
Excellent experience with friends. Locality, staff and food tasty. Will definitely be back.
The food and staff were fantastic, would definitely recommend. Great
All good, will go again. They have got it right. JH
Lovely atmosphere and great food. Quality finish when presented also. Thoroughly recommended
Staff welcoming and friendly. Only reason for not giving higher rating was due to one of the meal orders not being quite right and was returned to kitchen twice and another meal said roasted veg but just had a few bits of broccoli. Usually good experience though so will definitely return as it's my local.
Food was fantastic, love the attention to detail. Presentation superb - service was brilliant .
Need to have a second veg option on lunch menu
Really good: staff, food, beer, log fire, ambience, and welcome.
Service was exceptional and one of the best I’ve experienced. Very quick , attentive and pleasant. Food was super and was value for money. We will definitely go back again soon.
Lovely country pub with great food. Yorkshire pudding was amazing. Friendly, efficient staff
Excellent food and service. That's all we need to say.
All staff were extremely friendly and most attentive. They took our drinks and food orders promptly not keeping us waiting which was very helpful as we had our grandson with us. Food was very tasty and just the right amount. We were very satisfied.
Would recommend the Bell to anybody it’s a relaxed atmosphere to join friends and family over lunch, would not fault it in any way.
Wonderful food Good service Lovely atmosphere Reasonable price Lovely place
Excellent food and wonderful service. I can't wait to try their breakfast. Roger M.
Easy to book for 4 and a dog. Food very good and reasonably priced. NIce log fire, created atmosphere but not overpowering or smoky. Mains only -2 beef carveries very good, 1 Turkey carvery good, 9stuffing seemed rather undercooked) Monfkish fillet with salsa verde and rice - delicious, also good dish of veg to share. good menu choices making us want to go back. Staff very polite, friendly and efficient. Requested bill but did pay at bar as it was a bit slow coming. Will definitely want to do a repeat visit. Lovely place to go with family and friends after a country walk. Dog was made very welcome with water and a treat.
Lovely Sunday lunch And amazing Yorkshire puddings. Service was spot on. Lovely staff
Lovely food, plenty of choice and very good value for money
Fish and chips was very nice but pizza had a very cheap tasting, cardboardy base and bland cheese. Sauce very tomatoey but without the zing of any herbs. Was able to dip my chips in it as opposed to using the ketchup! Service attentive apart from when trying to pay the bill and then couldn’t get anyone’s attention.
We were undercharged (i.e. inefficiency). Pointed this out to the very pleasant waitress who seemed neither particularly bothered or grateful. Good thing they did not overcharge as that would have been a different scenario however it does highlight a rather unprofessional aspect to what is a good local hostlery.
spur of thr moment decision to try but really good and booked for mothers day while there.
When we arrived, we was told it was a set menu for mothering weekend which was okay but Sunday roast was increased by £5 when the food came out. It was not very warm and we did not enjoy it.
The service was excellent, we were shown to our table and very quickly our drinks order was taken and served very quickly. The food was excellent and good value for the money.
Stayed overnight. Rooms and breakfast were great. Convenient for Worcester and Herefordshire.
Quality food, first class service & all at a sensible price. Have been many times in the past & will return in the future.
Fantastic overnight stay, everything was perfect such a friendly welcoming space.
Great food, friendly service and wonderful atmosphere, just perfect. Will definitely return
Food, service and ale was great! Loved that the sauces were brought out before your food arrived.
The food was very very nice. The service was absolutely excellent, and it was good value for money.
Such a pity as this venue used to serve lovely food with a good variety of choices. Sadly not so anymore. They’ve kept the price down for lunch time with a set menu at £12.95 for 2 courses, but they’ve compromised on the choices & quality. Very limited and not particularly good. Also there’s no alternative to choose from a wider menu. My husband enjoyed his fish and chips but 3 of us had sweet & sour chicken with stir fry vegetables + saffron rice. Not great. Lots of onions, very little veg and quite glutinous. The desserts we’re better & a good choice. The waitress was lovely, friendly and professional. Didn’t have a problem with the service or staff. Just need to up their game with the food & widen their menu. Maybe they’ve a chef problem? Realise good chefs are hard to find. Sorry if I’ve been a little harsh.
Very happy with the food and the service thank you
enjoyed the meal with our friends been before always good service
Food was excelllent, plenty of choice on the menu. Highly recommended
We were seated immediately and the service was excellent. The food was first class.
Excellent food and service as usual at this venue. We come here often and look forward to our next visit.
Had been a while since we last visited, hoping to return soon as this was a very pleasant experience overall.
