On arrival service was slow to come and take drinks orders ...then slow for drinks to arrive at the table...apart from that it was a pleasant experience...

Initially there seemed few staff about and they were slow to take our order. However the food did come quickly and it was very good.

The staff are lovely, the view stunning and the food very good value for money. The only problem we encountered was having hot apple crumble and custard! Despite sending it back three times, it was never better than tepid.

One particular server was unmannerly and abrupt which we were quite shocked at. However the 2 other lovely waitresses made up for him and great food.

It is absolutely great place. Food always fresh and testy. Love it

Staff were brilliant and the food was exceptional. Waiting times between courses were short, ensuring a fresh dish each time.

Lovely meal. Lovely venue. Price misleading. Menus £12 2 courses. When all the suppliements added on it worked out quite pricey. Very misleading. Had to pay for chips etc etc a bit of a con

Food good but service poor. Had starter and main course all lovely then waited over 30 minutes for table to be cleared and that was only after I had to ask for desert menu. It was busy but not full but staff were running around struggling to cope. But as I said food was good. We needed more drinks but could not get it.

No waiting times, were sitted straight away and orders taken. On bank holidays and special days none of there offers apply but lovely steaks

Truly wonderful experience all the way around. The lady greeting us at the door made us feel as though we were dining in her home. Very special experience.

Almost choked on a long blonde hair in my food... I’m brunette.. so that kinda says it all!! And no concession... so I Won’t be back.

I booked online without a problem. Checked by phone the day before our visit to Portrush (from Bangor) and was informed by a very charming and friendly lady that all was in order and that we had a table by the window. What a view, what an experience! Thank you for contributing so much to our happy visit to Portrush. Looking forward to my return in July for the Open. Wishing you continued success. Heather

Lovely view friendly staff good choice of menu. Only negative ordered duck spring rolls but couldn’t find any duck in them!
