Excellent venue with a great menu selection. Great quality and presentation of food. Staff delivered a Fast, friendly and professional service.

Food is freshly prepared so there can be a wait for it to be come to table. When it does, it’s absolutely delicious! Helpful staff who give advice on choosing from menu. Clean and relaxing surroundings. Well worth a visit!

Excellent food equally matched by their service. 2nd time back and will be back a 3rd! Good time allocated between courses & complimentary liqueur was a nice touch to finish. Fully recommend a visit to 8848. BRs, Gordon

Food was good but went to the toilet and it was a shocking state My husband told me the gents was the same. Real pity. I won't be going back

The food was excellent as usual, as were the staff and ambience of 8847.but the service was slow between the first and second courses arriving.

Food was lovely and staff were so polite and friendly. Our only issue was we had quite a bit wait in between our starter and main course arriving however this wasn’t a big issue and we would happily return.

The service from the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The food was superb, all four of us loved the dishes we picked, the Nepalese influence on some of the food was well received.

Excellent service food and ambiance. Staff are very pleasant extremely organised and most welcoming . Menu is varied and we will enjoy tasting more dishes in the near future We thoroughly recommend 8848 as a high class establishment.

Excellent the food was first class & the service was top notch, there was 12 of us and none of us were left waiting for our food or drinks, can't recommend highly enough

Great food and great service, cannot praise enough, from starters through main courses the standards were high with great flavour and quality, we had a mix of spice lovers and a couple preferring less spice, all were very happy. Overall great value and high quality, a great experience, will be back again..

Delicious food served piping hot. Staff were lovely and fantastic service in very nice surroundings. Definitely recommend for either a casual night out or special occasion.

Friendly service and although a Nepalese restaurant the menu had all the Indian favourites too. Good food, not too expensive. Loved the Everest Nepalese beer!

Booked online and received confirmation. Travelled to Aberdeen to find out the restaurant was closed. Went to another restaurant and they kindly fitted us in.

Lovely restaurant. Great atmosphere. Amazing food. A sheer joy to have a meal there. I would highly recommend going there. And the lamb chops were delicious.

Food and service were truly exceptional. The chicken starter was so moist and succulent. Monkfish Balti is a dish you won’t see in every Indian restaurant, but was so tasty.

Excellent food in great surroundings. Not your typical curry house and enjoyed by all 4 of us. Fantastic garlic nan particularly and just the right amounts of food.

It was a really enjoyable experience from the minute we were greeted as we came through the door. The staff were very pleasant and friendly without being obsequious. The food was to die for! The meat was beautifully cooked and the flavours were superb! My first visit and certainly not the last.

Every time we visit, we leave with a big smile on our faces. The food is always perfect and so flavoursome, the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Don’t ever change what you’re doing guys.

Visited last night and enjoyed the usual excellent food with friendly and efficient service even though it was very busy. I would highly recommend the seafood mixed grill which was terrific.

Excellent food & good service. Just disappointed we were pressed on having a leaving time having finished our meal. I appreciate it's a busy time of the year. However, I wasn't expecting to be more or less requested to leave.

8848 is a lovely restaurant. The food is amazing. The staff are so helpful and polite. I think this is probably the best Indian / Nepalese restaurant in Aberdeen and would highly recommend.

Service was great, all the staff are extremely friendly, food was tremendous, and a surprise wee gift as we left was a really nice touch

great quality food and service. Always busy when we go. The Lamb Bhutuwa dish on the mains is particularly good. Cannot ccomment on the desserts.

Great food and service as always at 8848. Our server suggested how many sides we would need for our table so we didn’t order too much or too little as some dishes come with rice already.

Oh! I enjoyed myself and the dinner at 8848 restaurant. My guests said that the food was exceptionally brilliant. The customer service from Chris and his team was out of this world. It was good value for the money I spent.
