The arancini were absolutely incredible - crispy on the outside, beautifully seasoned risotto inside, and genuinely authentic. You can tell these aren't mass-produced, they're made with care and proper technique. For our mains, we went for pasta dishes and honestly, they were outstanding. Cooked perfectly al dente with sauces that tasted like they'd been simmering for hours. This is the real deal, not the usual chain restaurant fare. What really stood out though was the service. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, clearly passionate about the food they're serving, and made excellent recommendations. They created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. It's brilliant to see a new independent restaurant opening with this level of quality. If you're after authentic Italian food with genuine care and attention, this place absolutely delivers. We'll definitely be back soon and can't recommend it highly enough!
