We went on a Sunday and stepped in to a quiet but friendly oasis on a very hot day in London. Had the breakfast buffet which was delicious and such good value! The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely return.

Superb food and service. The baba ganouj is a must. Best falafels in west London. Exactly what we needed before a gig at Shpeherds Bush Empire.

As per usual Great restaurant! Stuff were very attentive. Great facilities and most of all the food was althentic Mediterranean and impeccably prepared. Tastes superb too. Highly recommend.

My favourite restaurant out of the 3 branches is Shepherd's Bush I've been coming here for 4 years. Visited the Ealing branch once and never going back.

The food is great, but the person who took our order was horribly rude and they seemed to be deep cleaning the kitchen from around 10pm which was so noisy that we could barely hear ourselves:

The food was delicious; the service excellent. We had soup, salad and sage with zaatar. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and felt very welcome.

Quite disappointing, considering all of the good reviews I saw online. Service was very much lacking and the food was not at all impressive, in taste or presentation. We ordered 7 different main dishes and not one of them was at the standard I hoped for. Nothing special. And the "side salads" that were meant to come with quite a few of the dishes, were just a small pile of lifeless iceberg lettuce. Considering the starters and the mains, we didn't bother staying for dessert; we didn't need more disappointment. I don't think I would come back again, nor would I recommend it.

An average kebab shop at best. Dry food. Never saw a waiter again after he took our order. Go a kebab shop with table n chairs and save money!

Food was delicious as ever. Actually prefer the starters at Abu Zaad so much so that I was pretty much full on starters. As for mains lamb tajine is my favourite.

I am a frequent visitor. This time I went with my family. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, delicious food and a great family friendly service. Definitely recommend it. Mrs Hussain

Great food - at a great price. We were stuffed after the mixed mezze to start and two main courses - all for £30 (2 of us) - arguably over-ordered! Service very friendly as well - and quick.

Food taste is great, staff member are welcoming and very helpful, The restaurant atmosphere is friendly. A great place to go with your family and friends.

Not as good as previous visit. They appeared unaware of our booking but managed to accommodate us. Most of food was good but some chicken had to be sent back as it was uncooked! It failed to reappear.

Great food and very reasonable prices. Am vegetarian and there weren't so many main dishes that were veggie-friendly but the mezze was delicious. Staff also friendly and service good.

Terrific selection of meze / starters (we chose a full complement rather than main courses) - I recommend the hara isbah as something new to try.

The service was very good. The buffet had a good spread. However I think because we went close to closing time it wasn't that hot. It was 8 pounds all you can eat and they let us do take away. It wasn't the tastiest meal I've had but it was good value for money.

Whilst not smart, it has a pleasant atmosphere, good service, really varied menu and is incredibly good value. The most sublime homous. We will definitely be back.
