Acoustic Brasserie

We went for a birthday celebration. Food was beautiful . Service wasn’t the best though . I had made a note of a birthday celebration on the online booking form and rang and spoke to a lady in the morning . I asked the lady about a cake and she said they could provide a slice of carrot cake and music . … this unfortunately wasn’t passed onto the two gentleman who were working that night ,so it was over looked .i should’ve asked but it was a struggle to get a drink and food as it was The restaurant was empty pretty much and we did have to ask to order drinks and food and my daughter and her friends had sat for half an hour as we were late.The waiter did say he was waiting for all the party but maybe an error of judgement on his side An offer of taking an order for drinks whilst they waited would’ve been nice . All in all a nice restaurant lovely food the service was ok , could’ve been better .

Food and service was great as usual. I had my sister visiting and she liked it a lot

The Acoustic is wonderful, excellent food and lovely staff. However the booking was a disaster. Despite booking a table for 5 using quandoo there was no record of our booking. Despite showing confirmation email from quandoo. Fortunately the staff very kindly found as a table despite not having a reservation.
