Loved our experience! Relaxing tea in a gorgeous atmosphere. Service was perfect and food was presented beautifully and tasted wonderful.

There was nothing exceptional about our experience. The sandwiches were bland, the presentation was average and the service was slow or neglectful at times.

The venue is gorgeous. Most of the staff there were amazing. My only complaints are - the sandwiches were not good at all, the bread seemed stale, and the filling for all the sandwiches was gross. The desserts were so beautiful, but they didn't taste good. The best tasting was the green pistachio one on the top, but after one bite, I didn't go back for a second bite because it was too rich. I guess we were paying for the atmosphere, instagram of food because the presentation was beautiful and the staff were very attentive. The one Indian woman who described the food was very difficult to understand so we didn't know what we were eating aside from guessing. The wait time was also over 20 minutes and that was okay but we had reservations so you may want to tighten that up. I paid $280 USD for 2 people. I won't come back for Afternoon tea. I heard the Ritz has better food for same or less money.
