Overall enjoyed the visit the food and service were really good. Drinks are expensive and above the average. £7.00 for a large glass of house wine. Other that couldn't fault it

Plain and simple, started closing has we still finishing our drinks so felt we had to leave. Wouldn’t rush back

Very average food and far too fast being served, starter and main finished within 30 minutes. We felt as if we were being rushed so the staff could go home and it was only 21:30 on a Saturday night

The restaurant is very clean and well presented. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is very tasty and delicious, and you get a good sized portion. Would definitely recommend.

A warm reception, with excellent and attentive service. The food was very good although my started of hummus and lambs liver was slightly oversalted. We will definitely be going back for more.

The food was amazing! We had hummus with lamb to start and my husband said it is one of the best things he has eaten out in ages. Only constructive thing to say would be to slow the service down as we were in and out in 1 he 15 mins. Otherwise great!

Beautiful surroundings, spotless clean, service very good, we had the early bird special, great value and the food was some of the best we’ve had in a long time, everyone give it a try, it has an extensive menu and I’m sure you’ll love it

Simply the best. Food quality and presentation is really good. You will not leave the restaurant hungry. The service is particularly good. My guests and I really enjoyed the Turkish wine. Thourghly reccommend this restaurant experience.

Never eat here food rubbish 6 mussels for 13 quid ripoff starter supposed to be beetroot was like bag at sick sausage starter cold would of enjoyed McDonalds better robin hood wore a mask

Food as nice as usual, but the service was not as good as we've experienced before. Had to clear our own starter plates into a pile when our mains came, we only had one round of drinks with our food because no one came back to check on anything, and when we shouted and asked someone...she just didn't return. It was all a bit chaotic, despite the restaurant not being busy. Won't stop us returning because we enjoy the food, but do hope it returns to it's how good it was previously.

Weve been nefore and had a lovley time however last night our starter was burned rest of our food was ok service ok They did remove our starter from the bill but never came and apologised

Very nice restaurant. Very friendly. One young girl made the difference. But I like butter on my bread and they had none. And at least 4 OTHER couples asked for some while we were there.

Having been to the Agora on numerous occasions and always previously giving rave reviews I feel that it’s only fair to express our disappointment in our visit at the weekend. We think that maybe the chef is new or that they have switched suppliers as the food wasn’t up to its usual high standard. The rice was plain and flavourless and didn’t have the distinctive taste we love. My Adana kebab in my Agora mixed kebab was salty and mushy, a very small rib and the lamb chop was very fatty. My partners prawn salad was plain and lacked flavour. My Effes was good as always but my partner couldn’t taste the gin in her gin and tonic. All in all we were very disappointed.

Visited with husband for our anniversary meal. Plenty of choice on the menu. Very attentive staff. Food was delicious. Will definitely visit again soon. Highly recommended.

The food was fabulous, totally authentic Turkish food. Generous portion sizes, we ordered starts of agora mussels and falafels with mains of Chicken shish and gukar tavuq. Will definitely return again, thank you :)

Recommended. Excellent food. Could be argued as a tad pricy (and no bread with starters that included Houmous) but that would be nit-picking. Still great.
