I can't rave about this place enough! The food is incredible, and is matched by an outstanding service! Our waiter reccomended some delicious dishes for us to try and was so friendly. We never even got to the bottom of a drink before he was over asking us if we required a new one.
absolutely lovely. their food’s always been fantastic, we’ve been going to their restaurant for over 30yrs and always been happy with everything. will be going again
An amazing first time experience the food was delicious and the service spot on thank you all for a great nite out. I will definitely be happy to recommend your restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Indian meal
We had a lovely meal and service is very good...always enjoy our visits to A la Spicery. This is our favourite Indian restaurant when we feel like eating out.
Easy to find just off main road. Large car park which could do with being lit up.Had made an online booking so we’re shown to our seats as soon as we arrived. Large restaurant with a range of different table layouts. Good variation on the drinks menu. Good choice on the menu which was also easy to read with detail of what the dish was made from. Order was taken very quickly and starter did not take long to arrive, followed by main dessert and coffee. Food was very nice and tasty. Lots of different herbs and spices. Food was well presented and hot. Staff were good and attentive. Would highly recommend for couples on a date night to a large family gathering.
This was our first visit. Great location, as it has a car park just across the road, friendly welcome and a great menu. The four of us all had something we haven't tried elsewhere before and were very impressed. The staff were well-informed and knew their menus. Portion size was perfect - not swimming in sauce - and not padded out with more rice than you could eat. Altogether, a great evening and we will definitely be back.
we Have been going to A la spidery for a while now it is one of the best curries in town with brilliant staff and excellent service nothing is too much trouble if you would like a curry that is not on the menu or tweek one that is on the menu just ask them.
Fantastic service, Fantastic food, Fantastic company. What more can I say. Lee is so attentive making sure yourvisit to Ala Spicery is one to remember. Thank you.
excellent food and service, the only down side for me was that when the bill came we were charged £1.50 for a dips tray that came with the poppadoms, which had we been asked we would not have had the dips as we dont eat them. apart from that it was great
Nice surroundings good food and excellent service. I thought for what we had the prices were a little on expensive side and there was an enormous amount of onions in the dishes more than at other local restaurants I have visited. Never the less still an enjoyable meal and probably the best Nan bread I have ever had.
