Amalfi - Yeadon

Absolutely the worst meal and service we have ever experienced . Waitress was not trained and kept leaning across us with plates of food, nobody appeared to show us to our table for 5 minutes. Food was cold , veal was like rubber souls and Parma ham was like leather. The sauce with the veal was supposed to be a cream sauce, but was more like gravy. This was supposed to be a celebration for our wedding anniversary, but the meal was so appalling it ruined the evening

Very slow service but food worth the wait. Serving staff did their best but 2 hours for 2 courses is just a little too long.

Normally we love eating here and have eaten here plenty of times, this time just wasnt good, the service wasn't great and we asked for extra chillies on our pizza and we didn't get any, when we asked for some we got chilli oil, when we asked again they said they didn't have any, so why not just say in beginning. we took our pizzas home and put our own on.

Its was ammmm christeas surprise and it was superb. The service and food was excellent.

We had a fabulous meal, delicious salmon and vegetables. Our waitress was excellent and very friendly. Staying in the area for couple of days may go back again tmrw, depending how plans pan out. 👍😃

Lack of proffessionalism throughout, new wine poured in new glasses, pan fried duck breast that didn’t see a frying pan and served cold!

Stroganoff wasn’t creamy as the cream split and I had a plate of oil. It could have been warmer as well. Shame really. Mentioned it to the staff but nothing was done.

Very impressed - good food / friendly staff and good value for money

I have been lots of times though my experience yesterday was a little disappointing. Our starters were nice however my lasagne made me poorly an hour after with sickness and my partner didn't enjoy his calzone which he always gets, he said it was dry and lacked flavour. I'm not sure if the management or chef has changed as we didn't recognise the staff.

We love the Amalfi and they are very accommodating for our large family parties.

A very pleasant meal out. A great restaurant, food was lovely - recommend the selection of breaded oils with mountains of olives / prawn cocktail was also delicious and best I've ever had. Atmosphere was really nice and attentive staff serving food with a smile and at the right pace - will certainly be returning again.

Friendly staff lovely food all set in a great atmosphere. Great for an every day meal and wonderful for a special occasion.

Food was lovely , no complaint there . To say the restaurant was not busy we felt rushed to choose off the menu , then asked if everything was ok more than was necessary! We received the bill without asking for it , then before even looking at it asked if we needed a card machine !!

We got there for 6 o’clock waited over 40 minutes for someone to come and take our order for our starters and our main course didn’t come till half 7 the waitresses was all stood around talking food was nice but won’t be going back anytime soon

Several menu choices proved to be unavailable after we had placed our order which was disappointing. One member of the party had to chose three different mains before he found something actually available

Starters ok but small portions and the mains were poor. Veal saltimboca over salty and bland meat. No sauce. Pasta carbonara too much egg used and very gloopy. Safe to say won’t be going back. Beer flat when first ordered and slow service.

Really enjoyed what was our second visit. Would highly recommend. quiet when we arrived around 5:30, within the hour became very busy. What may have been owner helping in front of house soon appeared stressed . Will definitely be back soon.

It would be helpful if the restaurant had a wine list. We think we were charged for the wrong wine but there was no wine list provided to check what we were given. Other than that a great meal.
