Amalfi - Yeadon

Excellent food! The service was a little slow and we seemed to wait a long time for our main courses, but they were definitely worth the wait.

Very fast service friendly staff and the meal was absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend this restaurant .Entertainment was provided by a female singer with her guitar.

A lovely restaurant with attentive staff and a nice ambience. Background music nice without interfering with conversation and reasonable prices. Very nicely presented food and tasted great too. Would recommend for a local treat.

Excellent service. Front of house and waitress service was excellent. Lovely food. Good menu including pizza, pasta. Menu could do with more fish choices in the mains- having said that, I chose cod from the special board and it was the nicest fish I have had in a long time. Quiet restaurant but great ambience.

It was absolutely terrible. The staff don't seem to be interested, they seemed more interested in the regular people. The music was too loud. Difficult and dangerous for parking, on the top of a hill and on a blind corner.

Unfortunately the waitress made a mistake with one of the starters & we ended up having to wait for it to be replaced. But once it turned up it was great. The rest of the meal was lovely & went without a hitch.

I love this place. Love the live music. Love the variety of food, especially the gf. And if they make a slip it is resolved in a way that values the customers 💕

Food was excellent, but slightly more than I would have hoped to have paid, especially for the drinks. We would consider going back though if it was during the "early bird" hours.

1st time visit, lovely atmosphere helpful staff and excellent food , prices are about adverage to other restaurants, I will definitely go back to this restaurant again.

A disappointing visit this time round. Not the usual Amalfi standard. I’m a bit late leaving this review as I hadn’t realised I hadn’t done it. The food was disappointing this time and since we visited I’ve heard similar reports which begs the question is it the same chef? Hope they turn it around as we liked this restaurant. Trouble is there are a lot of excellent restaurants around and it puts you off spending £70.00 + for 2 on a mediocre meal.

We had a lovely evening as usual , always a great atmosphere with live music to set the scene , gorgeous food , what else could you ask for on a Sunday evening ?

We had a fabulous evening. I ordered the Meat Balls and Spaghetti Carbonara... My Partner ordered the Aubergine Melanzane Parmigiana. All were prepared wonderful and tasted delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. ….And there was a lovely atmosphere. We will be going again.

Great food at the Amalfi. We tried the special meatball pasta bake and lamb cannelloni both were excellent. Also had calzone pizza which was huge. Great wine & live music created a great atmosphere

Lovely welcome. Staff swapped our table no problem, as we requested more room. Very attentive and helpful. We all enjoyed our food which was delicious. Will definitely return.

Good food, good service & good ambiance, will visit again. Relaxed dining, the staff are friendly & polite. I enjoyed the calamari for a starter, and the crab risotto from the specials menu for a main course. Both were well cooked, flavoursome, and nicely presented.

Very disappointing. The food was tasteless. No thought what so ever went into ingredients a child could have thrown it on the plate. Service was ok but very rushed. Staff need to smarten up a bit !!!

we were a big table and though there was a problem with our pre-order meals, it was sorted out, without much fuss. All guests enjoyed the meal and atmosphere and asked me to rebook.

Food good and service very attentive. Only minor criticism was that starters and mains arrived in no time, so we could have been in and out in under an hour, which was not the experience we were looking for. Will ask the staff to slow things down a bit next time we go.

Modern décor. Friendly efficient staff. Sharing starter was excellent however the Spaghetti Carbonara was repulsive! Not creamy at all, absolutely drenched in olive oil which totally overpowered the dish. On top were 2 slices of cremated streaky bacon and underneath the spaghetti was a pool of strong tasting oil. Maybe this is the 'trendy' was to serve this or maybe we were just unlucky. Unfortunately this spoiled the experience as we'd all ordered this dish. Would I go back? Maybe but would choose a different main course!

We enjoyed our evening at Amalfi in Yeadon very much. The service was excellent, the restaurant itself is nicely designed and decorated and the food was good too.

Food good, but not as great as the times we've been before, service a little under par, given spaghetti carbonara when ordered a carbonara pizza, this was corrected but not great, menus could do with a little reviewing and it would be great to see some fresh fish dishes in the menu too, a little disappointed after previous visits, but hopefully this was just a little blip

Lovely evening. We had booked for 5 people but 6 of us turned up and it was not a problem. We sat outside in the glorious sun. Food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Good, tasty food, generous portions, great staff and very good gluten free options, Our first time at the Amalfi but we will be back soon.

Excellent evening. Lovely menu with lots of choice and some interesting twists on classic favourites. Tasty food and great service and a good wine list at reasonable price. Would recommend to all.
