My friend and I came for my birthday (the staff did not know this) and we received some of the best service I’ve ever had. They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. The food was perfect too and the staff provided knowledge and explained certain bits we didn’t know about the food at the time, adding to the experience. The atmosphere within the restaurant was lovely too as it felt lowkey, yet elegant at the same time. The restaurant wasn’t too loud either, but still had ambience and life to it. All in all my friend and I had a 10/10 dining experience at Arirang and will definitely be returning in the future.

I had a wonderful meal here with friends, and it’s the kind of place that reminds you why some restaurants last for decades. From the moment we sat down, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Little details stood out. They wrapped the hot teacups in tissue so we wouldn’t burn our hands, a small gesture that said a lot about how carefully they look after their guests. When our barbecue was ready, they kept a close eye on it, making sure everything was served at just the right moment. The food itself was authentic and tasty, the space was clean and well maintained, which adds to the comfort of the experience. Even though the restaurant was packed that evening, we never felt overlooked. Whenever we needed something, someone was there almost immediately. All in all, it was a flawless experience. A solid 10 out of 10. We’ll be back soon, and I’m grateful to the restaurant and its staff for upholding such consistently high standards.

The food is amazing and the service is really good. The only thing we didn't like is that they take reservations before the restaurant is open, we had to wait a long time for the restaurant to open even-though we were on time for our reservation.

This is not our first visit and we have enjoyed those previously. However, on this most recent occasion, we noticed that prices had increased and that the interior, albeit 50 years old, was very much showing its age. Frankly, that’s not acceptable with prices suggesting a rather smarter environment. Sadly, we shall, after 6 visits, no longer be returning.

Had an amazing evening at Arirang Restaurant. The staff were lovely, food service was fast and the food itself was absolutely delicious. There was a vast selection of food and drinks on the menu and the restaurant itself was clean and well presented. Would highly recommend eating here and I'll definitely be coming back.

Good food, nice staff and great atmosphere. Only tint negative was that even though we came on time we had to wait 10 min or so for our table. We didn't mind since we were immediately distracted by our idols parents dining there. We didn't say anything other sensing a polite smile but I was soo happy for choosing this family owned restaurant. Was everything I had hoped for. Will be back again if I'm ever in the country again. I'm Swedish btw 😉

Went to the restaurant with my friends and the experience was amazing. The food had lots of variety and I particularly like the Korean barbecue and soup dishes which was flavourful. Overall my new go to Korean restaurant!

Very pleasant experience. You can tell a lot of effort goes into the preparation of their bbq dishes. Kimchi was fresh which was a pleasant surprise in London.
