The website has amazing photos of the food and restaurant decor but actually going there myself, I was very disappointed. I booked the restaurant to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday, there was no atmosphere, practically dead. The service was awful, the staff had no clue what the dishes included when asked. The table was set a bit strange, the cutlery was on the bare sticky table and the napkin separate. The starters were cold and tasteless. We ordered a vegetarian kebab and ended up with meat kebab, I had to get it replaced, that in itself is an issue especially for vegetarians. Waited for the mains for at least 45mins, the mains were better, hot plate, dishes tasted better. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone if they are celebrating an occasion, this restaurant is only suitable for locals for a quick meal. I will not be coming back here, not the best of experiences.
Great food, nice clean restaurant. Waiting time was a little more than I’d have like but the food made up for it. Overall happy with the meal
Not tried Atithi in Twickenham before and it definitely lived up to it's reputation. The service on the whole was good - friendly and attentive. The food was really delicious, tasted fresh and the menu offered some really tasty dishes we hadn't had before. Would certainly recommend and will be back.
Lovely food, good service, attractive restaurant with relaxing ambiance. Would recommend this place for most occasions. We have visited several times for either post or pre match eating. Our favourite Indian by a mile!
