Enjoyed wine and food. Felt a bit isolated downstairs but service fine. Three plates perfect for two people for lunch. Beetroot dish particularly good. Thank you

I enjoyed the menu - very suitable for a pre-theatre meal. People don't always feel like a big meal at that time (6-7) and before spending the evening sitting down in a theatre, so I found the variety of small plates which we chose between 3 of us was just right. Very good service - very nice atmosphere.

Small but focussed menu of Italian delicacies in intimate surroundings and with attentive service. Priced reasonably. Great for catching up and sharing good food and wine.

Friendly, good food, limited menu. Ideal for theatre, very small. Good atmosphere which meant meal was not rushed. Wine was excellent value, food was not cheap but certainly not OTT.

Hidden gem in heart of Covent Garden amidst slightly depressing encroachment of chains since I was last there. Excellent Italian wines and great bruschetti though others having more substantial meals. If booking upstairs is nicer but nothing wrong with downstairs either. Added to my mental map of places to go back to / recommend

Good food... Very good quality and there was plenty for a very reasonable price and it is a treat to find an independant restaurant so close to covent garden. If I have one complaint it was that the Manager shuffled our table after we had sat in a seat due to a regular that was due to visit. He didn't show up so he then sat a group of 4 on a table that physically could only seat 2 which meant that we were effectively pushed out of our seat. It didn't wreck the pre theatre meal but was annoying!

Menu of great quality breads, cheeses, meats and salads. Tapas style so not necessarily suitable if you are looking for a full a la carte menu. Lovely ambience, great presentation and extremely charming and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely return.
