I have been so many times to this lovely restaurant, but have never left a review , although the food and service always deserves 5 star .The food here is always amazing and responsible price and we took along our friends last night and they said it’s the one of the best Indian restaurant they have been before! The lady managed the restaurant is absolutely amazing and polite.She came and asked many time if was everything ok in our table .Perfect service and atmosphere.The restaurant is very clean and well decorated Thank you and see you again

Rude staff, when asked for another mocktail he replied you have had two. Told us to hurry up and order starters mains together as we don’t have long to eat. The time was only 7pm so no where near closing.place was empty so not like people are waiting for tables Ordered more drinks and a jug of water. Said water will come later. Overall customer experience rubbish. Staff are rude well just one man with the waistcoat. Said his the manager. When putting food down was huffing and puffing. It was empty tonight I can see why!!! Place needs to be avoided. They ruined our evening with family.

Waited a long time to be served. Ordered Balti Chicken and got Butter Chicken. The Cheese Cake was hot as if it had just been defrosted in the microwave. Service was really slow. Mains was tasty.

Very accommodating. They run out of Salmon but put extra effort to accommodate us. Asked us the occasion and came out with candles and cake to top up. Very pleased.

One balti was spicier than usual. Couldn't quite finish it. A little too hot for me. Always order the same but not quite right tonight. Everything else was perfect.

This was only our second visit here and we’re introducing our friends to this place …. Our order was taken incorrectly, would have be good if she read back our order to us to clarify. We had food we didn’t order. When the food was brought to our table it was just threw on the table with no explanation what was what, , instead of giving the food to who had ordered it, all the nan breads were that thin it was like eating a packet of crisps, extra dinks added to our bill which we hadn’t had. Disappointing visit.

Service and food were excellent! However, the loud singing from the karaoke bar was a bit too much but not enough to put us off returning.

Booked for an anniversary evening for me and wife. Food was very good quality, piping hot and very tasty...Ferrero ice cream desert lacked slightly in quality but had no detriment on a wonderful evening. Staff were very good which complimented the authentic ambiance. Great all round experience. To top it off we received 2 complimentary shots to celebrate at the end of the meal.

Authentic Indian food, good atmosphere and attentive waiters. Good value for money.

We have dined at Bacaba 3 times since Christmas and haven’t had a bad meal yet, in fact the lamb tak-a-tac which we tried recently was absolutely delicious. Thank you a hidden gem and thoroughly recommend.

We visited last night for my husband’s birthday. Food was amazing, enjoyed everything that we ordered and would love to go again. Only thing that can be improved is serving time. It took around 30 minutes to serve us mains after we finished our starters even though we gave order altogether. Overall experience was very good
