Restaurant is lovely and we had pre-dinner drinks at the bar which was nice. Bar tenders make a wonderful Black Russian. However we waited ages for our food order to be taken , the plates were then left a very long time on our table after we had finished eating and we couldn't get the attention of anyone when we needed drinks throughout the meal. They were incredibly busy and need more staff on a Saturday evening. I have been to this restaurant twice previously on a Friday evening when it was not as busy and had no issues like we did last night. The food was amazing , just one thing not everyone likes medium rare steak so having different cuts of steak would be nice to suit all tastes.

We had a good evening here. The food and service were very good. Our booking was straight forward. We have made another booking. Many dishes you could have either as a starter or a full meal. We shared the blinis as a starter.

The staff are welcoming and attentive, lovely atmosphere which is lively and the food is delicious ! I will recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Great food and friendly service, helps if you like vodka.....but then what's not to like? Would recommend this restaurant to anyone for weekday or weekend dining.

The restaurant didn’t receive this booking. Worst service ever. It was an important date for me and my girlfriend, that’s why I asked for a rose in the special requests. Obviously none of this had happened. It ruined my night out. Will never use and never recommend your service.

I have been to the Baltic a number of times and have always found the service and food quality excellent. It is always a pleasure to go there. I have also introduced a few friends to the Restaurant.

Very nice space, and reasonably priced set menu but the dishes i had tasted like they had been made with profit margins in mind. Filling rather than delicious.

We have been regulars here for some years and have never had a bad meal.The staff are lovely,very friendly.The Sunday fixed price menu with a Bellini or Bloody Mary is particularly good value.Service is prompt,no worries on pre-theatre timing.Excellent draft beer.Be aware portions are anything but mean!

Fantastic atmosphere, uncluttered ans tasteful decor, with beautiful lights. The food was delicious, with a good range of choices, even for a vegetarian. They were also very accommodating when I asked to design my own cocktail (chilli vodka, prosecco and apple juice). It's also in an ideal location: accessible without being at all busy.

Delicious Nordic/East European food -- not at all the heavy stereotype you might have of it. A very extensive wine list. The restaurant is lively and very popular, a bit noisy, but otherwise a nice atmosphere.

It feels magical the moment you walk in. Made to feel really welcome by all the staff and a delicious menu and aperitivis placed in front of you very quickly.

Excellent food and cocktails, in particular, the vodka martini. The service was good. A down point is that the level of noise was very, very high.

Took friends and my first experience and this restaurant had very different flavours and excellent service. Highly recommended
