Had to chase up food and drinks on several occasions through meal

Great food but sat near to the toilets and staff were spraying air freshener which doesnt go well with food

Lovely food. The meat is well worth the hype and the salad bar had a huge variety of interesting options. The service was unobtrusive and efficient.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Beleza Rodizio in Solihull! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire evening. The atmosphere was lively but still relaxed, making it perfect for a great night out.

Good value for meat eaters , bit dissaponted as a vegetarian that no specialist dishes were offered only the salad bar and chips garlic bread and onion rings which were all lovely but not good value compared to the meat eaters £ . Staff were very nice and polite and place was lovely and clean. As a vegetarian I would not recommend it

came in for an early valentines meal, the staff were really attentive the food was plentiful and came round quickly it wasn't overly busy so we got alot of attention. lovely experience again as this was our second visit.

We had one vegetarian in our group and all that was offered was 1 very small dish. The buffet I didn’t enjoy, the rice was hard and I thought the quality wasn’t great. Everyone seemed to enjoy the meat, however, I felt like the selection wasn’t as good as the Stratford restaurant. In general I much preferred Stratfird upon Avon as they brought round more varieties of meat. The dessert was ok, however, they didn’t have enough in stock for our group. For me a mediocre meal, sorry.

Amazing food, the lamb was some of the nicest I’ve ever ate! Recommend doing the waygu menu! Lovely service and the cocktails were lovely too!!

We booked for 4.30 went with the advice of the waiting team.. went with Wagy, what we had was good, but, wasn’t offered the whole menu.. only offered steaks and lamb. For £65.00per head though it was est really expensive. 2 cockatiels 1 bottle of wine + service charge £210 for 2🤷‍♀️

Excellent customer service for my sons 13 th birthday party . We had a great time.

We were greeted and taken to our table straight away the service throughout was excellent delicious choice of meats. One in our party preferred well done meat, this resulted in less of a choice of meat. Lovely desserts. Great atmosphere and spotlessly clean.

We came here for part of my daughter’s birthday treat. As soon as we walked in, the experience was lovely, we were seated, the eating arrangement was explained to us. The food was amazing, the meat experience was varied & cooked to perfection. Service was friendly & informative. The place was very clean & comfortable. When I’d made the booking online, I’d mentioned it was a birthday treat. Not thinking anymore about it, I was thrilled when a decorated Chocolate cake, Happy Birthday with lighted candle came out. The staff member sang happy birthday. This completed our lovely time there. Would definitely recommend to friends & return. Thank you.

We were a four people grow plus an infant and we love the food, atmosphere, service. Very clean restaurant and pleasant service!

Hadn’t been to this type of restaurant before and couldn’t fault it. Staff were lovely and explained everything and the food was first class. No limit on how much food you wanted and no rush to get you off the table. Definitely worth the cost and will be returning soon.

A table of ten visited tonight all for the wagyu menu, terrible service when it came to bringing the meats around, blood all over the table and dropping steak, there was no care from the servers. Some of the food was okay however a lot of the meat was very tough. Very dissapointed for the money spent

We had an enjoyable meal and the meat was very tasty, although we were on the premium menu we didn't get served much premium meat. There was lots of service going on and it was impressive how many servers were going to the tables but most of it seemed to be off the normal menu. We only had 2 visits of premium meat to the table, anything else was from the normal menu so although the food was very tasty I wouldn't recommend going for the premium menu as we didn't feel like we got value for money compared to those on the normal menu. The food on the buffet section was quite limited and the hot food on there was only Luke warm so by the time you got your meat to go with it it was going cold. Couldn't fault the tastiness of the food it was lovely. So although it was an enjoyable meal we would have to think twice about returning.

The place is nice and the food was great however we were served meat only for 30 minutes when we were told the place was shutting - this was disappointing. Our booking was at 8.30pm - unfortunately there wasn’t any earlier time slot (but there were later slots!), we were offered repeatedly mint lamb, which it was probably the only thing it was left until the waitress told us that the kitchen was closed - I express my disappointment and then we had a couple of few different meat. Also a friend needed well done meat and took ages for the red plate to arrive. Overall not worth £50 if you book late - but then don’t have late booking on the website if your are going to shut the kitchen so early

It was the opening day.. initially couldn't find our reservation but no problem...chicken didn't come out until about the 15th round of meats.. however, thoroughly good time, staff pleasant and nice

Was not bad , but needs some fine tuning to be able to continue with the competition! No need for me to mention the things I noticed as the staff are aware! Just remember to look at the bill and ask for the service charge to be removed!

Delicious food and amazing concept, but it is quite expensive so a barrier to us returning.

The experience was fabulous. Excellent food..... I've never tasted such beautifully cooked beef. The range of salads, sauces and mains were incredible. The staff were friendly and entertaining. Awesome!

First time here and very impressed. The food is top quality. As first-timers, it would have been even greater service to explain how the service was offered - ie you don't need to choose the meat from the menu - it just keeps coming!! Also we asked the server what happens to any meat left over and he didn't understand us - it would still be good to know the answer to that question!
