Absolutely amazing food and the staff were so so friendly! Lovely night for us would definetely eat here again and recommend to all our friends and family location is perfect if your attending the first direct arena.
Always the very best food and unrivalled service - that’s why we always go there!
Beautifil restaurant very tastefully decorated with all modern features. Lots of staff on hand so very prompt service. The food was really lovely and I would defiantly recommend this restaurant.
Food was lovely and we're fussy about curries and staff are great, helpful and friendly, they really make you feel welcome like you're regulars. Altogether a really good experience, will be going again.
Lovely food, just one negative, only two of us so im guesesing we had the smallest table which is fine. However when they brought our mains out after popodoms they left our little starter plates on the table, no room. When we asked for more drinks and they delivered them, they left our empty glasses on our little table so we were still struggling for room. And yes we tried to unload some of the baggage in out table, but the staff were to busy to see what was going on around them.
We love his restaurant. We have come for years and have grown really fond of the staff. The food is always great. Last night we had chicken jalfrezi - fresh, spicy, not too fatty...yum! And a lamb mossala which was deliciously flavoursome. We highly recommend Bengal Brasserie and wish they luck with the new venture in town near the Arena :-)
First time here. We arrived a little early and the place was full. The initial contact with the staff was a little strained as we were early but after a short wait we were seated with an apology for any misunderstanding. The food was superb with many dishes not available in other local Indian restaurants. The portion sizes are generous and the bill very reasonable for the quality.
Great location and lovely atmosphere. Our waiter was an absolute delight, charming, knowledgeable and helpfu. The food was just as good. Great mixed starter and Sag Aloo to die for. Really good Naan bread too. One of the nicest restaurants we have visited and food to match the best. We are planning our next visit.
We only had popadoms and mains but wow, amazing food and some specialities that I have never seen else where. The flavours were good and the prices are very reasonable. Service with a smile and a complimentary drink at the end is always a bonus :) would recommend booking as the restaurant was full.
We did enjoy it there however I feel there are some teething problems, we ordered coffee two came one didn't the further one came ten minutes later at this point we had the opportunity to ask for sugar and a spoon and by that time mine and my step mothers coffees were cold, in addition to that it was a cold night and the doors were left open, towards the end of the night we were sat freezing. Also I asked for a large white wine and soda which was given to me in a pint glass not nice. I always like wine in a wine glass. The food was however amazing can't fault it and the staff very friendly but no one seemed to be overall in charge, I think that's is what is needed.
