Still a very good meal but I would like to see more variety in the veg - asparagus doesn’t go with everything.

We celebrated our 29th Wedding Anniversary with a sumptuous late lunch. Stunning fillet steaks with porcini sauce helped down with a bottle of champagne. What more could you ask for! As usual service was of the highest order. Thank you for contributing to what was a wonderful day

We haven't managed to eat here yet as we were contacted by the restaurant about a week before our reservation with an offer to postpone which we excepted under the circumstances. Although disappointed, we are looking forward to going in the near future, the person on the phone politely explained the situation to me which was understandable and he offered me a discount next time which I was pleased to accept. So for now I can only comment on customer service which I can honestly say is very good. Looking forward to experiencing the rest in due course.

Fabulous! The food, the staff, the decor, all excellent. We had Sunday Roast which was delicious but there was a good choice of different options on offer. Thoroughly recommended

Need to do a bit more gluten-free. Overall meal was good, and well cooked. We were made to feel very welcome. Very nice people and we will go back. My starter was divine.

Food was brilliant as ever. But a little slow this time. Could be due to the group who came around a similar time as us.

Our second visit here, the food is exceptional. I don't think there is another restaurant in town where the chef even attempts to present a soufflé. They need to improve their marketing so that people actually know about it!

Amazing food, has to be hands down one of the best meals I have eaten in Shrewsbury. Definitely worth the visit. The food has the ability to create a perfect blend, fireworks of flavour that explode in your mouth.
