Nice food and nice atmosphere. It is certainly worth a visit.

Quality seems to have changed with the new management which is a shame.

My friends are I went for a pre theatre 🎭 meal (early bird), it was absolutely delicious, with plenty of veg, the staff were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend Bistro Franc 😋😋

Met friends for leisurely lunch. I had haddock with a cream sauce and a platter of broccoli, red cabbage and new potatoes, all very nicely cooked and presented. Then fruit crumble and proper custard, yum! Excellent value lunch special. Nice staff and ambience. Highly recommend, better than rival Bistro chain around the corner.

We was able to book a table at the last minute on a Saturday night. Food was very well presented and delicious. Food is served quickly and the staff where very friendly. We shall definitely be returning soon.

Understaffed ...waitress was lovely but could tell was overwhelmed by amount of diners....had to wait longer than usual for menu drinks and food.....pasta dish was tasteless steak was good though

It was OK, but that’s all! Disappointed the A La Carte. menu was not available for lunch, nor a separate Vegetarian Menu.

Great food and service and very good value for money . My only gripe is they need to remove some of the tables , we were offered one of three available tables and they were all in terrible places , right next to the toilets , under the stairs or in a corner , not good .

I would eat here all the time if I didn't live in South Wales!

On arrival we were just told you can sit “over there” and the staff member just pointed to the tables. We then had to ask someone at the bar to place a drinks order because no one came to take our order. When our main course arrived the beef was very over cooked and dry & the Yorkshire puddings were burnt and cold. We did tell our waitress & were given two free drinks. Overall the standard wasn’t what was expected.

Excellent customer service and the food was fabulous my husband and I went for lunch. Staff very friendly drinks order taken promptly also food too, will definitely be back when I next visit Liverpool. Very good value.

Food was excellent, service quick only down side was it was very noisy due to a hen party being there but that didn’t detract from the overall experience

Booked online. Given table at back of room but staff happy to change us to table in window when we asked. Our waitress was Georgia.....lovely girl who served us well. Our two starter plates were perfect , as were the main courses. The bistros are always among our favourite restaurants in Liverpool!
