Food good staff friendly atmosphere was nice we enjoyed our night we will definitely retun to Bistro Franc in the future especially on a Sunday for the wine and dine deal

Beautifully cooked food and well presented! Lots to choose from and a children’s menu of tasty meals. The staff are really friendly and helpful too!

Would have been 6 stars, but 3 items on a la carte menu had sold out, including 2 we would have chosen. Pleasant meal none the less.

Meal was lovely, very reasonably priced. service was excellent. Restaurant is very calming and atmospheric. The only down side was the music could do with being a bit more lively.

Good service, good quality food at a very competitive price. Selection of food available was good. Staff were very pleasant and attentive, the atmosphere was very good.

Decided on the pre theatre 3 course, good choice on the menu, starter and main lovely with good tray of vegetables. Desert of crumble was a bit overdone. Drinks are a bit overpriced but had a good night.

Whatever time of year it is there is always a welcoming relaxed atmosphere , with a pleasant hard working staff. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Enjoyed another family meal at this restaurant. service and food were very good, we are always made to feel very welcome on every occasion that we have been to. Hope to return soon for another enjoyable evening.

Booked here for meal after a shopping day in Liverpool with my daughter, food was delicious and hot. Service was good, nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely return with my partner.

Took my sister, her husband and my parents who were on a weekend break from Kent. Good food as usual but waitresses could have been a little friendlier!

Food was good and well presented, staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was served within a good timeframe. The place was clean with a pleasant atmosphere.

Restaurant was very busy and our table wasn't ready even though I'd booked. They did offer us another table which I took as we were limited for time. Food was lovely and came out quickly so all was well in the end.

We liked Bistro Franc so much that we returned. Yet again we were not disappointed. The food was delicious the service was pleasant friendly and efficient. We will definitely be returning again soon.

Had a very enjoyable meal. Very nice staff. They waitress help with some meal deal choices which saved us some money. Always nice to know that they will help and guide patrons.

Good food in a very pleasant surrounding with good service. Good company enhanced the experience of a pleasant night out in Liverpool before our visit to see The Scaffold.

Good service and ambience but food disappointing compared to last visit. Cod tasteless and crumble top was doughy and soft. Pork was lovely as were vegetables.

Love atmosphere, great food ! Good value for money as we had the pre theatre menu! Would certainly recommend it and look forward to returning soon!

One of my favourite restaurants in Liverpool. Staff are friendly and efficient. The food is always well presented and hot. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend a visit.

Didn't match our usual expectations. Bread was not provided. Starter wasn't available. Chicken was like rubber. 4.15 booking. Staff appeared busy with tasks rather than customer care. Standards have dropped sorry.
