The worst experience ever! Me and my wife were attending a show in Liverpool and had booked a table here for a pre-theatre menu. Service was awful, we had to walk out after having to wait for over an hour for our meal after ordering. No explanation given even though I asked politely how long the food would be as we needed to leave for the concert. The server didn't come back to let me know. Won't be going back!

What do you want from a restaurant good food, good wine great atmosphere? Well we had that at Bistro Pierre. Staff attentive but not intrusive. I recommend the salmon or the duck. However, it’s a must to try the menu. If you book your guaranteed a table even if you think it’s mid week we’ll just take a chance you could be disappointed. Say hi to the chef they are not aloof and will engage.

Staff and food super! My husband and I really enjoyed it and it is great value for money.The staff should have 5⭐️ they look after you so well, nothing is to much trouble.

Main course of Trout was fine. The starter was chicken and salad. It should have had orange and Star Anise. It had neither. The Summer Berry and White Chocolate Profiteroles were tasteless. They hadn't seen summer fruit since 2018. When I asked about this I was told it was part of the cream in the profiterole. It wasn't! We were also told by the same waitress that the Crumble was apple. It was very nice but it was apple and blackberry. Poor information. Poor flavours. Or lack of!

We had booked for a pre theatre meal and the food and service were excellent.

All in all a lovely meal in welcoming restaurant, good friendly service. We will certainly be visiting again.
