Everyone who went enjoyed the food and friendly staff. Sea bass lovely and fiery Pizza red hot with nice Patmos. No qualms about a revisit 👍
Lovely meal, and very friendly and attentive service!! Varied menu, including pastas, pizzas and some lovely a la carte options! Would highly recommend a visit.
Fantastic food, great choice and excellent service even on a very busy Saturday early evening. We had the anti pasti to start & I had Seabass which was beautifully cooked. Too full for desert! 👍😄
Excellent service, lovely atmosphere would definitely recommend and will definitely come again
we had an excellent time food was great, service excellent, good value for money, great atmosphere, in my opinion the best restaurant in Yarm all in all top notch.
A few things not on the menu - it was a quiet Sunday so I get why certain produce not in stock. Staff very helpful and the kids pizzas were nice. Pasta had by adults was okay and nothing overly special. Starters were also okay - olives seemed like they were supermarket tinned ones - admittedly olives were not a starter option (they happily gave us as a starter option) so perhaps an ingredient for dishes therefore no need to be posh ones, calamari and bruscheta was again nice. All in all a good standard of food and good service.
enjoyable catch up with a friend, food excellent as always, staff friendly and attentive, lovely place all round will definitely be back and will recommend
A lovely place to eat, we had the teatime special - 3 courses for £12.95 and we thought as it was a deal the portions would be smaller than normal however this was not the case. We loved every part of our meal, service was prompt and attentive without being too overbearing or feeling rushed. We will be going back.
We have been to Lucias kitchen a number of times, the food is always excellent and very good value for money. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
Great setting in a love village. Friendly staff and great atmosphere
Great food as always - but the service was unusually slow for some reason. The "catch of the day" was really good - highly recommended.
Nothing better than an early tea at Lucia's with the kids. Our favourite place to eat. Always great food. Always a lovely atmosphere. Thanks Lucia's 👍🏻
Lovely well cooked food. Good choice. Great service. Value for money. Nice lively atmosphere and friendly staff. Limencello martini cocktail was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend.
We had a lovely meal at Lucia's on New years, food was fab and cocktails were great too! Staff were friendly and we couldn't fault anything!
Food and service was excellent! Garlic mushrooms were gorgeous, chicken liver pate was great, but only 1 portion available. Lasagna was tasty, as was the risotto - which was full of big tender chunks of beef - & it was a huge portion!
Great food & fantastic cocktails as always. Watch out for the 10% optional service charge though, which is automatically added to the bill throughout December.
The menu was restricted and needs more choice. They tried to add on a £15 service charge which was firstly excessive and secondly the service did not warrant it so we asked for this to be removed. Because of the way this had just been added to our bill, we did not even leave a tip out of principle. I thought that the restaurant was expensive in comparison to other restaurants in Yarm. The food was nice.
Fabulous atmosphere, excellent food, friendly staff.....a perfect recipe for a great night. I would recommend this place to anyone, and can't wait to return again.
Lucia's has a lively atmosphere (especially near to Christmas), the food is very good and I would say good value for money. Our table was quite close to a noisy Christmas party but this did not detract from an enjoyable evening.
Ok average food, nice decor and Christmas decks disappointed to be charged for child's cordial £2 ... never had that before in a restaurant maybe go back minus kids
EXCELLENT FOOD, AS USUAL GREAT SERVICE AND PRICES VERY REASONABLE. HAVE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS. WILL BE BACK AGAIN SOON.
The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were brilliant, very willing to help and attentive. Booking a table was easy, even on a busy Saturday evening
excellent atmosphere, food good and friendly efficient service, But house white (pinot grigio) a rip off at just under £19 and chunky chips weren't chunky and under cooked. Rest of the served food was well presented and tasty.
Excellent service. The reminder was good. The choice on the menu as good. The food was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gluten free options were good
Lovely meal with family. Great food, I had the carbonara ,lovely attentive friendly staff. Recommend the Italian nut job cocktail gorgeous. Will definitely go again
Excellent food and service. Everyone was very helpful especially with our 2 year old. Food was excellent in quantity and quality.would definnately return to restaurant
Lucias had really lovely food, the staff were very attentive and the venue has a great atmosphere. Everything was very well priced and came out promptly.
Unfortunately food was very bland and one of our party found a huge bone in his Chicken Parmesan. Would probably not return here next time.
The food was great and I couldn't fault the service, our needs were met in good time and we left extremely happy. I Would definitely recommend to friends.
Very disappointing experience,3 of the meals we ordered were unavailable. 2 bottles of wine that we ordered were also unavailable! We had a pretty similar experience a couple of years ago so, shows nothing has improved.
Had the tea-time special. Good service and most things were fine. However, my Meaty Calzone was under-cooked and cold - well below the usual standard.
Very good atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and very good value. Service from the waiters was excellent. This was one of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time and will be returning there again very soon.
Burger was cold when it arrived and only 7 Fries with it. My wife and son had pizza that was under cooked so the pizza base was soggy also £5.20 for a Malibu and Coke???Even charged 0.80p for the dash of coke. Massive competition in Yarm these days... you will have to up your game!!
The service was very slow. Had to constantly ask for our orders to be taken (food and drinks). Pizzas were underdone when they final arrived after a significant wait
Lovely atmosphere, polite and helpful staff, great food. Either quiet or busy, Lucia's has a spacious and relaxed and welcoming feel. Can't wait to visit again.
Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Food was gorgeous and an excellent price and the cocktails were so nice especially the pink mojito. Would definitely recommend
Always a lovely welcome. Excellent food, friendly service and chilled atmosphere. Never had a bad visit yet. Even at its busiest this restaurant never fails. Love it.
We opted for the two course special offer. There was a good choice. The food was delicious. The service was good. They have a good choice of gluten free
Excellent food at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and even though the restaurant was not particularly busy (it was early on on a Wednesday so no big surprise) there was a nice atmosphere.
Lovely place to have lovely food. Great, relaxed atmosphere, and reasonably priced too. Lucia's Italian kitchen is highly recommended, and is our usual choice of place to eat out.
