It’s an Indian restaurant with enormous pedigree, run by a man who’s had three restaurants on the Curry Mile and offering a menu that’s closer to fine dining than many other Indian restaurants we know of in the city centre. On Liverpool Road in Castlefield, just off Deansgate, Bollywood Masala Manchester serves all the Indian classics you know and love as well as so much else that goes way beyond the norm. Dishes here are exquisite and, unusually for an Indian restaurant in Manchester, the wine list that goes along with them is as well.
