Bombay Quay

Food was really tasty. Had to wait some time for our main courses though that was understandable as the place was absolutely buzzing. Second visit to Bombay Quay and worth it. Takeaway is also very good.

Waiting long spell between courses, hair in chutneys and in a main course, felt like being accused of putting the hair in ourselves.

Our first time to the Bombay Quay was for my birthday with my wife and Son. The reception was very welcoming, the restaurant was very clean and well presented. The staff were equally attentive and explained the things on the menu unknown to us. The food was fantastic with good size portions. We ate so well we never left room for dessert- next time though! Highly recommend this restaurant, definitely one of the best we have visited.

It was a Thursday night. As always the food was excellent. The service was too. I was pleased we were sitting away from a very noisy table. I still don't understand why people have to speak at screaming pitch in a restaurant. A good night, enjoyed by all.

Last night was my very frist time and it was also for my hen do. Lovely place and the food was amazing I highly recommend and I will be returning.

The food was delicious. Restaurant was v busy so service a bit slow, and a couple of things were forgotten. It was very noisy which was unavoidable but made conversation difficult

Only thing I could fault was the acoustics of the room, needs some partitioning and noise absorbing material - noise was like a busy canteen. The volume went up because people had to speak / shout to be heard.
