Brilliant food and service, another enjoyable night out in Bombay Quay

Very attentive during extremely busy period. Staff go out of their way to be helpful and plesant been 2 weeks on the run and both times enjoyed my experience

The food is nice, but everything is so loud and rushed. Three different waiting staff came to take orders, such that we ended up with starters arriving one after the other as opposed to at the same time because one waiter heard the first starter order then just left without listening to the rest! Everyone seemed to be too busy to actually listen. Plates were basically thrown down on the table, bowls were dirty on the underneath and plates were dirty on the rims - poor presentation. The restaurant really needs to be divided up a bit more with screening because it was like eating in a school cafeteria. The only saving grace is that the food is really well cooked, especially the salmon! Not a good overall experience though and I don't think I'll be coming back.

Great food, great location, staff always friendly and helpful. Best place for curry in Northwich I would say.

Came with our children. Staff asked if we could move tables for a family with a disabled member. Happy to do so. The guys at Bombay quay were so nice and even gave us a bottle of wine to say thank you for moving. Nice touch

Lovely food. Lovely atmosphere. Never had a problem here. We come all the time. The staff are lovely, not too in your face but also very attentive. Great value for money as we got the 20 pound party menu which means you got as many popadoms as you like, any starter, any main and as many sides as you like. For example, I had 2 popadoms with a chutney tray A prawn puri A king prawn palak A rice and naan All for 20, my main was 15 on it's own! Fabulous fathers day! Thank you x

My first visit was a burst of tastes experience. The food was delicious,the staff were friendly and helpful and attentive without being intrusive. An excellent restaurant which I will be visiting often.

The Bombay Quay was very busy with it being Father's Day. Customers were queuing outside the door. We were seated very quickly. The service and the food was exceptional. Our Granddaughter of 20 months enjoyed the "chicken nuggets", my wife had a new salmon dish which was very good. We love the Bombay Quay - the Management and the staff are always very attentive, thank you all for a memorable dining experience.

An amazing find for us in a town we haven't visited for food before; very clean and modern Indian restaurant absolutely buzzing on a Friday night with great, friendly staff, good service, good food and good prices. Will definitely be visiting again

Weekends very busy, conveyor belt mentality sit, order, eat, out and next suggest if you expect a relaxing dinner may not be for you, however the food is good and the staff friendly.

We were informed that the restaurant catered for people with nut allergies. However, upon ordering the food the restaurant said that they could not guarantee that there would no traces of nuts in the food and we therefore had to leave and eat elsewhere. The chef was unwilling to risk a possible reaction. What worries me is that the menu states which foods contain nuts so people with nut allergies would feel that they are not at risk. But when questions were asked this was clearly not the case.
